We recently had an extensive upgrade and refurbishment of our house carried out by Joe and his team at All Build. I was very happy with every aspect of the project: - Delivered on On Time and within Budget - Team members were always polite, helpful and friendly. - All the team members turned up punctually on the days we expected. - The team were always willing to offer design choices to us as the work progressed. - The house was always left tidy at the end of each work day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend All Build for similar projects.

I have used this company several times over the last 12 months for a complete bathroom renovation, living room re design and various smaller jobs. On all occasions I have found all staff to be polite, friendly and knowledgeable, giving advice and ideas where appropriate. The work completed has involved full building renovations that have involved knocking down walls, replacing ceilings and inserting beams to comply with building regulations , plastering and electrics, tiling, plumbing and carpentry. On every occasion the owner of the company ( Joe), has attended the premises prior to quote to talk through exactly what is required, how long it is expected to take and when it will take place. This has always been prompt and within a time frame agreed. During the renovations Joe will always be accessible and attends at various different times throughout the process to check work is being completed. He arranges for surveyors and building regs keeping me updated throughout as to who to expect each day and what their role is. He answers all my questions within a reasonable time frame negating any problems. On completion he attends to ensure I am happy with the outcome. His service through out the whole process is professional , giving me full confidence in that of his and his staffs abilities. Of note his staff are a credit to him.

All Build recently refurbished my ensuite shower room, having completed this job in the quoted time frame and to an exceptional finish I asked them to refurbish my main Bathroom. Again a very professional job, infact the advice given for the design and the furniture supplied was excellent. I am more than pleased with the finished result.

The company was employed to complete a full renovation of our bathroom. From initial face to face contact with Joseph cole and subsequent text and telephone calls the work to be completed was agreed and discussed, schedule was set and my expectations were managed. I was appointed a project manager on a day to day basis, who not only completed work himself but managed other trades persons completing various different roles. On a daily basis I was kept updated with progression. Problems were discussed as they arose and over come by agreement to a satisfactory conclusion. The work was completed to a high standard, on time and agreed budget. The trades persons were all polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and understanding of the fact we were without washing facilities. Communication was outstanding. I cannot fault this company. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Joe and the team at All Build combined our old kitchen and dining room into one open plan layout, installed the new kitchen and built a custom pantry and installed new flooring. Joe was knowledgeable and helpful throughout, stayed in constant contact and sent update photos. The work completed is a high standard and completely transformed our home, we now rarely leave the new area vs underused before. Hosting family and friends is now great! Would recommend.

I was very happy with my decision to use ABD Ltd. I was a little nervous when I handed over the keys to my house so they could pull it all part and rebuild it according to the plan, but I need not have worried! Joe and his team stuck to the plan, knew what they were doing, and I was consulted along the way, to make sure everything they did I was happy with. I had weekly updates, mainly with photos, to keep me appraised of progress. The written contract and work schedule was straight forward and followed by ABD and once work was underway, I felt confident they would complete the work more or less in the suggested timeframe. An old house will always have its secrets that are never revealed until they are found but thankfully the few minor issues did not create any undue delays or significant extra cost to the planned work. Any changes were made with my agreement so there were no surprises. Joe and is his team were tidy workers, pleasant to deal with, and the site manager Frank was an absolute star! I would use ABD again if I needed more work doing and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone else who is looking for a builder they can rely on and importantly they can trust.

I had my facia, suffixes and guttering done to the top front and back of my house. I also had the flat roof over the garage changed to a pitched roof. I called the number on the website, made an appointment very quickly. He spoke about my options for what it wanted. He then sent a quote for the various jobs individually as I had requested, picked what I wanted and booked it in. They were able to fit in the work when I wanted it. They came when they said they would. Completed the work and tidied up after themselves. They were all very polite and helpful. Explained what they were going to do, and then it was. It has made such a difference to our house. We are no longer embarrassed about people coming to our house. It looks fantastic.

The job was to replace tired fences, guttering, fascias, demolish an old carport and erect a new one. All the work under was completed expediently with excellent work ship. The positive attitude shown by the team gave us confidence. Once the work was completed there was no debris left behind and no need to call this competent team back. Good job around. This is the second we have used All Build Developments and once again we were highly satisfied. Recommend to anyone.

The trader was reliable, and timely in resolving the outstanding requirement. However, I felt the cost incurred (£384) to replace 6 Window handles was quite high! A more reasonable pricing structure would be more conducive to future use! Regardless, the trader was quick, efficient and did the job to a good standard. No real complaints, apart from the cost, which I considered, was very high for the work undertaken.

Joe and his team fitted a lovely new kitchen with minimal fuss, on time and on budget. I would be happy to use them again and will recommend them to others.

Joe is a friendly experienced builder who leads a very committed band of tradesmen. He is thoroughly hands on and takes a pride in his work. Joe worked closely with the main Conservatory Contractor and produced an excellent product. I have no hesitation in recommending him whatsoever.

I can't praise this firm enough. From the time that Joe arrived to price the work and then to arrange for a start date, til the time that the work was completed and Joe came to see that everything was done to our satisfaction, all went as we would have wished. Any problems were discussed and sorted with very little hassle or inconvenience. Frank (the main man) and all members of the team were so pleasant, helpful and polite that it was a pleasure to have them around. Everything was tidied up at the end of the day, something does not happen very often with builders. The work was of a very high standard and the end result exceeded our expectations - we now have a shower room that would look good in any upmarket hotel. I would definitely recommend Joe and Co to anyone wanting work done, and should we want any further building work carried out then they will be our first choice. Missing them already.

I recently used All Build Developments Limited to latex over an underfloor heating system that had been installed in a new conservatory, and then to tile over this using porcelain tiles. The work carried out was excellent and to a high standard. It was completed within the agreed time frame and at a very competitive cost. From the beginning of the work the guy that carried it out called Lewis, was always on time, very courteous and pleasant throughout. He also ensured that he did the best job possible and was very precise and professional with all the work he did. Very professional from the start, everything organised as expected and work carried out to a high standard, with everything being left clean and tidy afterwards. What was also nice and very helpful was to have the ability to pay work the work online, with other normal options. This made the whole process even easier. I would not hesitate in using them again and highly recommend them

Totally recommended. Friendly, reliable (turn up when they say they will). Keep you updated and on schedule. Must be good 'cos they did my kitchen and study- which I love and then I asked them back to do bathroom and annex. Professional finishings. Very accommodating and can bounce ideas for help with the tricky things your unsure of. Clean up after themselves - which is always good. Will use them again given an opportunity.

Really happy with All Build's work. They turn up when they say they will, do exactly what's been discussed and agreed and best of all tidy up after themselves. Highly recommended.

Joe and his team have completed a very efficient job. They have renovated the exterior walls, paintwork and guttering of a Victorian house. Although bad weather affected the schedule the work has still been completed to a high standard. All the different tradesmen have been polite and helpful and very responsive to requests for minor changes. Joe always responded quickly to communications and was happy to resolve any issues we had. I would use ABC again and recommend them to others.

Joe & his team did some work at my dad's for me. They removed shower and installed wet room plus replaced all his guttering. They were a pleasure to deal with. They started when they said they would and finished on time. Joe even went to great lengths to match original floor tiles in order to save us some pennies and reduce the amount of work that was needed. My dad is very happy with the work and I am very happy with the price.
