From the very beginning, my wife and I felt at ease with this Company. They were professional and courteous, and we did not feel pressured into using them. A date was booked for the work to commence, the operatives arrived on time. At all times they were friendly and understanding and completed the work on time and the quality is superb. They worked cleanly and cleared up any mess at the end of the days that they were here. Even working through some atrocious weather on the final day. I cannot recommend this company enough and would give 11/10. We are 100% satisfied customers. Aftercare is also exemplary; they are responsive and caring.

From day one starting with our initial inquiry about the replacement of our front door the company were very helpful and easy to deal with, choosing which door and arranging dates for the work etc. On the day of the work we were informed in advance of arrival time and the installers arrived bang on time. They were polite, efficient and tidy and got on with the work quickly. We were very pleased with the end result and all through the process from selecting a product to having the work done have had a high standard of service at what we consider a reasonable price. Can't think of any aspect where we could have expected more and so we would very strongly recommend this company.

From start to finish All Kent Windows were professional, no nonsense and did what they said they would, when they said they would for a reasonable price. The installation team worked very hard to change all the windows at the front of my property within a couple of days and cleaned up after themselves nicely when the job was done. Had Patio doors fitted From ordering to fitting I had no problems at all, everything was explained as we went along. Danny the installer was very friendly polite tidy and professional, he explained that the locks were high security and how they worked. Tidied up after he had finished. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable company A+++

The fitters worked really hard, were very respectful of our home and even stayed late to get the job finished so as to not cause further disruption to our busy schedule. We had all the windows in our four bedroomed house replaced and a new back door. From the initial visit to the fitting very good service and professional. There were a few problems dealt with satisfactorily the next day. Good quality for the price. Would recommend.

Had my windows replaced in two bedrooms one being a large bay window - received quote very quickly and easily and booked in to complete job quickly. there was a slight hitch n the day with one of the windows however it was rectified very well by Tony. The fitters were all very professional and courteous and completed the job really well and left everything clean and tidy. would definately recommend and would use again in the future.

I had 3 windows and 1 bay window fitted in October 2020. The first great thing was there was no sales pitch or pressure to sign up - Dave the surveyor answered all questions clearly, recommended visiting the office to see the product, and I got a detailed (and reasonable) e-mail quote on the same day. On visiting the office Mark gave me previous customers' addresses to view their work, and again there was no sales pressure. When I agreed to go ahead with the installation, Dave and Tony came to meticulously measure up. The installation was carried out in 1 day by Patrick, Luke and Pete who worked hard, did a good job and left no mess. There was a small leak afterwards in the bay window which was rectified completely, albeit sometime later due to workload volume, at no extra cost. Mark and Tony were also very helpful when I had a problem with my management company, and arranged replacement of the bay window fascia and fittings at a very reasonable price. This was also carried out swiftly and professionally. All in all this is a decent, hard-working business that delivered exactly what was promised - thanks, boys. I have just had my windows and front doors fitted by All Kent windows and would definitely recommend them from start to finish they were so easy to deal with they gave me a date when the work would start.one week before due date they contacted me and told me to expect them to arrive at 8am which they duly did they were very professional and tidy and I am very pleased with there workmanship. They were also very nice and helpful and when the job was finished they cleared all the old windows and frames and left the place Tip top nice to deal with. Great job

Fitted a day earlier than promised, arrived on time no trouble removing old door and cleaning up afterwards, friendly, and quiet non smoking and no radio! He found that one of the door handles had a small scratch on it, he replaced it straight away. Very professional service, we have now had the whole house fitted by this company and would highly recommend them. Coming back tomorrow to sand the plasterwork around the frame when its dry.

No mind numbing 2+ hours sales pitch. Brief but efficient discussions to establish what was required, followed by an invitation to visit display room to see the materials and colours in real life/light. We were also advised of other properties in the area that this company had worked on which we could check out for quality of both materials and workmanship. The work was booked in within a reasonable time-frame, and was completed as and when promised. The fitters arrived on time, were polite, friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves each day. We are very pleased with the finished job which definitely enhances the property's kerb appeal. All this at a reasonable price too!

I had some windows replaced including a really big one. Prompt quote, the windows arrived on the set date with no fuss and fast but very good quality work. Have received a call following day if everything was OK. The guys were all nice and friendly.

This is the second time that I have used this company. First time was for two big bay windows, front doors and 4 normal windows. This time they have replace an old conservatory and roof. Prices are very competitive, without compromising on quality. They lads come early each day and work hard, they are also extremely pleasant. They clean up as they go along where possible, and make sure that it is tidy when they leave at the end of the day. I cannot recommend this company enough and am one happy customer..

We were quoted a very competitive price and given a time estimate of 4 days, which I already felt was very fast work. They arrived as agreed promptly on Monday and by Wednesday all the work was done, a whole day ahead of schedule. The workmanship was very good and they were professional throughout. They were extremely courteous and polite and happy to take on suggestions. I even had a separate problem of a leaking conservatory which they repaired. I had one window fitted by this company. Really friendly, helpful service. Came twice just to measure up and price the job. Good attention to detail for one window! Was fitted when they said it would be. Two blokes did the job - really tidy and left the window looking great. No mess and no hassle about paying the bill. I live near the shop so popped in later that day to settle the bill. Great service all round.

The team worked tirelessly and were very professional at all times. They answered all my questions and did a really tidy job, cleaning up after themselves as they went. I can’t believe how quickly it was all completed. Windows and doors look great. Great quality and you can see great workmanship. Any questions I had they answered and dealt with my whims too where I requested last minute tweaks to the job (handle changes/trickle vents etc).

The two Gary's, Luke and Jake completed this project. Replacing old original wooden doors to front and back and also a window to the kitchen. Arrived on time, fully explained how works would be carried out over the day, gave me an estimate time of completion (which was great to manage the school run). Polite, professional, clean and tidy.
