The lock in my front door failed when I was returning home from a short visit to the shops, leaving me unable to get into my house on a very cold day. I found Adrian's details online, as he's located close to me, and he was with me within 20 minutes. The lock was tricky, but he resolved the problem with quick thinking, secured the house, and was then able to order and install new locks for two doors the following morning. I was very relieved to be able to access the house and to get the problem swiftly resolved and would definitely call Adrian the next time!

The lock on our front door stopped working. We called All Locks, who advised they could service the next morning. Adrian arrived promptly and got straight to work. He quickly found the issue and showed me the problem. Less than 40 minutes later we had a new lock mechanism fitted and the door was usable again. It turns out we had actually used All Locks a few years ago for a new barrel on the door (which was retained as it was still working). Top job, good price and great service. If I need any other locks replaced, I know who I'm calling!

Having successfully used Adrian previously I telephoned him this morning and he arrived at the time stated and carried out various repairs/replacements to door and window locks. I have a partner with OCD who triple checks doors and windows are locked and in doing so unfortunately loosens or breaks the mechanisms. Adrian is a completely professional and highly trustworthy tradesman and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I made contact with All Locks to replace locks in a house I've just moved into, a front and back door. This was mostly for security reasons, but both locks were having problems and the back door was particularly difficult to lock. Both locks were replaced and the doors are functioning a lot better now. An appointment was made easily and prices were up front and reasonable for the work. I recommend without reservation, a great service.
