Romaine attended my address to rectify a radiator leak in one of my bedrooms. He arrived, having phoned me about half an hour earliier, to tell me he was on his way. I was meeting Romaine for the first time. My impression of him was that he was an efficient engineer. He completed the job, reviewed it and checked that the heating system bore no further defects. His price was quite reasonable. I am happy with his work - clearly for him this was a smallish job - but I would happily recommend him to third parties for more substantial plumbing & gas projects. Thank you, Romaine!

We lost hot water and called Allen & Co who came out very quickly and identified the problem with our boiler. A new part had to be ordered but Romaine was able to get us hot water in the interim. He sourced the part very quickly and carried out the repair efficiently and professionally and left everything very tidy. He also serviced our boiler at the same time and explained everything fully that he had done. We will definitely use his services again in the future. Thanks for a great job and very easy experience.

From start to finish a excellent service received. First visit was to discuss the removal and replacement of new modern radiators with pipe work needing adjusting. All my questions were answered and advice given on what radiators would be best suitable for the rooms, even helping me order them online. A date was agreed that fitted around my work pattern. All work was completed to a superb finish. Will be using Allen & Co again to service my boiler and any another plumbing jobs. Romaine was polite, professional, extremely helpful and a very tidy worker.

Romaine installed a boiler in one of my rental property, he was polite and ontime . His work was tidy. My tenant was please with him for wearing shoes cover and use clean dust sheets to protect the carpet. I will be using him again to do an heating upgrade into another property.

2nd time have used the powerflush service by Allen & Co and both times job was to a good quality. Arrived on time and finished just before estimated duration given. Good thorough test of the heating before marking the job as done. Was nice for Romaine to follow up a few days later as well.

I needed a new boiler fitted and found Allen& Co. He came to inspect the area where I wanted the boiler replaced. He explained what the work would entail and the changes which would have to be made. He was very clean and tidy in the area that he was working in and tidied up each day. He did encounter a few problems and spent time explaining how he would deal with them. I have recommended him to couple of other people. I found he was very respectful in the way he spoke to me and I was extremely impressed with he work.
