The contractor attended at the time agreed, he was very friendly and professional making us feel very much at ease. We discussed the scope of work required and he was very helpful in providing suggestions upon options to achieve our goals. A comprehensive written & fully costed quote, which met all our requirements was provided later that day. We accepted the quote and a date for works to be completed was agreed. The engineer who carried out the work rang half an hour before the agreed time to say he was on his way. All works were carried out to a very high standard, including in particular positioning of the "floating point double socket" which needed to be positioned within a specified range in order to facilitate the subsequent installation of the new fireplace. The engineer also removed an old "junction box" and associated cabling that we didn't realise was behind the old fireplace and would have been an eyesore in plain view if not removed. This work was carried out at no extra cost within the agreed price. In conclusion, we were very satisfied with all aspects of the work undertaken by Allied Electrical Services and would not hesitate to recommend them to others in the future. We also intend to call the Company back to undertake further works as the refurbishment of the rooms proceed.

Nick at Allied suggested LED super flat strip lights to light up our kitchen surfaces. They are brilliant, very neat and no more changing of bulbs! Alan and Ryan were extremely good, polite, careful and clean electricians. Arrived on the dot and executed the work without any hassle. I have embarked on renovating a property for the first time which needed a full rewire. Obviously stress levels were high but Allied Electrical have made the renovation stress free. Excellent service, very professional and will use again when we carry out work on our ground floor extension. The team are amazing particularly Alan who had to deal with my constant questions. I employed Allied Electrical Services to replace a consumer unit and reposition an oven isolation switch. They were quick and easy to communicate with and supply a quote. Alan, who did the work on the day, was punctual, professional and courteous. He supplied power for the fridge as it was the hot and worked hard all day. He left the area clean after and even brought the bin in after the bin men had been! It was finished within the day - as predicted - and to the quote price. I would recommend this company to anyone and hope to use them again.

The work started and finished on time and at the agreed budget. The survey and work was done by friendly and competent people who treated me and my home with respect.
