We are a family run business, running now for ten years. We have grown from a sole trader to a Limited Company with employees. We are a Property Maintenance Company, working in the Kent area. Our speciality is kitchen/bathroom renovations, replacement windows/doors and general property maintenance. We have skilled employees, skilled in painting and decorating, plus the renovation work. We are highly recommended and have had great reviews, praising how each step of the process is explained in detail and if a problem occurs we would explain how it could be rectified with a price confirmed before any work was done. We were commended for being friendly, nothing too difficult, attended when said and tidied up after. We are part of BookaBuilder where you will find further information.

They changed the flooring in two rooms and helped clean off stains on our machined wood flooring in the kitchen. Very good experience, and didn’t let bad work done by previous contractors get in the way. Kept me updated on the work and any issues and I’ve got no complaints. Perfect job.

I had the same tenants in a property for 7 years and although it had been maintained when they moved out it gave me a chance to fully renovate the 3-story Victorian property. This included general maintenance: replacement of broken fencing, replacement or repair of gutters, decorating & replacing carpet & flooring throughout, minor upgrades to bathrooms, and flat roof repairs. As well as making good damage for water leaks and dampness which included some plastering and ceiling replacement. I was kept informed throughout the project - which took approximately 3 months and was always given a number of options when looking for solutions.

I initially asked for a sturdy loft ladder to be installed with railings. the job was done well within the stated time given and I am very pleased with it. Whilst they were there they also quoted me for some other jobs of tidying up bits and pieces which I needed to have done. The price was fair and the work done to my satisfaction. They were very helpful and ready to come out when I needed help with a problem I had with my late fiancés fish pond. I would recommend their services.
