I had Luke from Alpha Blinds to put new roller blinds for the kitchen last year. Recently I had him again to put another roller blind to block direct sun but at the same time I wanted some light come through. He brought all the catalogues to choose from. When I couldn't decide which one is the best, he gave me some very sound advice and I managed to choose the best one for my kitchen window. He fixed a broken chain of the previous blind and put an extra device so that it will not happen again. When I asked if it's possible to change the side of chain for the previous blind, he did it without any extra charge, which I'm very grateful. All jobs are done on the scheduled date and time. Luke is polite and friendly, very professional and just gets on with his work. I'm 70s and live alone so it's extremely important for me to find a trader I can trust. Luke fitted 3 lots of white wooden venetian blinds for us today, including ‘perfect fit’ versions on our new patio doors and on windows in a new garage conversion. They all look lovely! The perfect fit blinds really do fit perfectly into the window / door frames, leaving handles accessible and the windows / doors fully functioning. The pure white wooden venetians with thick herringbone tapes finish off the living room bay window with surrounding shelves perfectly. The whole process from arranging a quote through to getting the blinds ordered and fitted was very smooth and efficient, and Luke was very helpful in advising what would work best for each window / door. I contacted Alpha Blinds as it is a Which? Trusted Trader and because of the other reviews here. I was looking for two roller blinds, one for my kitchen and one for my bathroom. Luke came the next day to measure my windows and give me his quote. I'm very pleased with my new blinds, which he fitted today. Excellent reliable service.
