Replacing of double glazing windows and door. It was done to a relatively good standard.It was done on scheduled time and stayed within budget. The staff were warm and friendly. Explained the process and was very reassuring about the work being done. Absolutely, worth every penny.

Two jobs, new front door, window and frames. New back door with cat flap fitted. Job done on time and to the agreed price. A small order glitch on the first job, was but was sorted very quickly and without quibble. Everyone I dealt with in this company was helpful and accommodating. The office kept me in touch with confirming appointment dates / times. I would happily recommend this company to others.

Alpha fitted our kitchen in Feb/March. They were very efficient from the start and communicated well throughout. Arrived early every day and were sensitive in handling my health issues as they worked, which meant a great deal to me. Neil was hardworking and particularly easy to get along with. He cleaned up after every day and worked efficiently. Really pleased with the finished work and have no problem recommending them.

My husband and I are so pleased with our conservatory which has added to our house so much. It has gone well beyond our expectations. From planning with Jason and Sean to the other builders Paul, Alex, Sash, David, Daniel, electricians Clive and Adam and not forgetting the 3 Romanians whom formed part of the team, superb. Everybody has been professional, helpful and courteous. You can count on this team to make a really good job. Only minor hiccups but considering the massive job it was, all resolved very quickly. Apart from a wonderful seating area, it is also a lovely dining area which we will use all year round. Many thanks to you all.

I had seven windows triple glazed and a very professional job was done. I thought the price was extremely good. Alex, the installer, worked so hard and late. The only downside was no contact from the company during a four week pause during proceedings. All in all I'm very pleased indeed.

We had a new conservatory fitted recently, the booking and planning process was quick and very professional, the Installer Dave and his colleague worked at a good pace and where very neat and friendly, they overcame a couple of problems due to the existing base but managed these with no fuss at all, I would highly recommend this company.

We had 17 windows and doors replaced by Alpha Home Improvements, good quality A + rated triple glazing windows at a very competitive price. Great service from the team, we were kept informed all the way. Any small aftercare issue has been dealt with promptly and efficiently. We couldn't have chosen a better company and we are glad we used an independent local business. I would highly recommend them.

These people are very nice if you have no issues and don't complain about anything. But I did ..! The installation team left some debris inside and outside of the house. Although sheets were used indoors they were wet and dirty. The patio door handle proved difficult for me to operate with elderly arthritic hands and so I asked if a more suitable option might be available (at extra cost). The jointing on the windows appears quite poor and misaligned in places. They look like factory seconds. I would like to attach a photo here but there seems not to be an option to do so. The boss came to visit regarding these concerns. He was unable to cope with criticism in a professional manner and walked out refusing to deal with me further. So I am left with a door handle that is difficult to operate and windows of dubious quality.
