I needed a new fascia and soffit at the back of the house as the old one had failed and meant that there was a leak into the bathroom every time it rained - not good given the current weather! This was the first time that I had used Alpha Windows; they quoted very promptly and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. I will be asking them to quote for other work in future. I am very pleased with their service.

Absolutely top-notch service. We had all our windows and a large sliding door replaced - they had availability much quicker than we expected and the work was completed well within the timeframe. We initially got a quote from a large nationwide window company that quoted over double that of Alpha's very fair price. (They eventually brought it down to match Alpha's quote, but by this point we had been totally sold by Alpha's friendly professionalism and transparency and have no regrets.) Alpha offer a fair price from the offset, expert advice without being pushy and very quick and top-rate customer service. Everyone we dealt with, from the sales team to the fitter, was friendly and professional. Our windows look great and he even offered to take our blinds down for us, and gave the windows a good clean when he'd finished. Absolutely cannot fault this team and will be recommending to all our friends in the area. 10/10

A fine job done of 2 new good-looking sets of french doors along with repairs to 4 windows, completed on schedule and on budget. Admin and comms worked well. Very helpful and polite people throughout. Window repair element seemed a bit dear, perhaps.

We needed a new front door with side panel and a new garage door and window. We looked at a number of designs and options and Alpha Windows were very patient and helpful in getting us to a final design and specification which we are very pleased with. Alpha Windows were very clear about the payment schedule and the timescales for delivery and installed the doors and windows on the agreed date. The installer was easy to work with and completed the work to a high standard.

I used Alpha Windows to supply and fit an external back door. They were extremely professional from the first communication. They exceeded expectations by being able to install the door much earlier than I had expected. They were flexible with dates/times I could be available. The installer was extremely thorough, professional and very tidy too.
