Jason and colleagues worked quickly and tidily. They replaced a roof-mounted aerial and repaired the fascia it was attached to, both had been damaged by recent storms. As requested they upgraded the cabling and sockets and, fitted an amplifier to improve the TV signal strength throughout the house. Jason kept me updated throughout the work so there were no surprises when the detailed invoice arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending Alpine Aerials based on the work quality that I have seen.

I contacted Jason about problems I had with an aerial and booster system I had installed 13 years ago. He came and quickly diagnosed the problem, Installed a new aerial and amplifier and ensured that the TV signal was up to quality for receiving Freeview HD channels. Jason installed an antenna on the roof of my house. I didn't have free view tv and Jason did an amazing job. I had already called him few years ago to install a satellite dish. I had found Jason's company when searching for aerial installers for my dad who had been massively let down by BT! I called up a few different companies for a quote to get an aerial installed independently and Jason was the only one able to give me an exact price - he even said that they would set up the BT TV box for my dad and make sure everything was up and running before they left. My dad has just called me to say that they did an amazing job and were so friendly and helpful, well worth paying for them to come out! They even suggested a few things such as moving the internet router closer to the TV which they helped him do and they even helped my mum with something that was way beyond what they were there to do. I am super happy and grateful that I found Jason, he was great start to finish and I would highly recommend. He was so transparent about the cost and explained that some companies may appear cheaper but then add in additional factors but he doesn't do that - the price he quoted was exactly what he stuck to, my dad even tried to pay him extra for the other bits he did but Jason said absolutely not. My mum recently moved into a new property and given that she is deaf, I often act as her interpreter for most official activities taken. Given that i have small to zero knowledge about aerial installations, I was thrilled when I stumbled across Jason at Alpine Aerials who was able to answer all of my questions (including silly ones), efficiently book my mum into the diary at his earliest convenience and keep in touch with me to relay any information I needed to my mum. On arrival; he was incredibly knowledgeable about the issues we had presented and able to efficiently give us a very fair quote (for free) which comparatively to other companies I had spoke to, it was a quote we were very satisfied with. He completed all of the work needed in such a quick amount of time and left my mums satellite and TVs working to such a high standard. However, above all of this, what I was more thrilled about was his approach towards communication with my deaf mum; using me as an interpreter when needed but also making the effort to deal with her first hand which often doesn’t happen when in this situation. Jason replaced an aging aerial and re-routed the aerial cable, so that it entered the house in a more suitable location. He was on time, polite and professional. I have no hesitation recommending his services.

He came to replace my old TV and FM radio aerials which had blown down. I was surprised that unlike another recent reviewer he said he was unable to dispose of the old aerials and mast as he did not have a waste disposal licence. This was no great problem for me but might be for others?

Jason and Daniel came to replace a rotten leaking aerial cable from the loft aerial down to the ground floor. They did an excellent and very neat job, placing the cable behind a down pipe so that it is hardly visible - a much better job than the original fitter. Jason is extremely helpful and pleasant and, in passing, also gave me some very good pointers as to the connections between my PVR and the TV, which have made life much easier. Very pleased indeed with the work and I would recommend them highly.

Jason was polite and courteous throughout. He quoted the charge up front and arrived at the agreed time. The aerial was promptly fitted with a new cable and chimney attachment. I have arthritis and he broke up the old parts for me and ensured they were safely in the correct bin. He also took time to ensure I understood the revised channels for TV and radio. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I was given a Humax Recorder and could not connect it. It seemed that my TV aerial signal was not strong enough. Jason arrived on time, and very soon discovered that the Humax just needed re-tuning. No new aerial needed! Jason was delightful, patient and very knowledgeable. He explained everything so clearly that even a pensioner like me could remember it! He left all my TV machines neatly stored and sorted the cables out. His charges were very reasonable, and I shall be delighted to recommend Alpine Aerials to all my friends.

We had a problem with intermittent interference to our TV picture and also to the TV audio. Alpine Aerials checked our installation and fitted a replacement for our 18-year old mast head amplifier/splitter. A thorough explanation of both the problem and solution was provided together with a quote before the work was completed - all within one visit. Result - an improved aerial signal and no more interference! Overall - very pleased with the professional service and the realistic prices.

Jason was polite, friendly and punctual for both visits. We are a small block of 12 flats and some residents were having issues with the TV signal. Jason assessed that the problem was with the multi switch unit. He clearly explained to me what the problem was, so that I was able to explain to others. We had a previous quote that said the dish needed replaced as well as numerous other additional bells and whistles at a very high price. Jason's assessment of the problem was much more accurate and honest. He left the site tidy and disposed of all his rubbish. Cost was as per the original quote. I was having a problem with the reception of my TV in the lounge and another in the back room. These TVs were connected via a splitter. I had had two other aerial engineers from Trusted trader come to my house to access what was required. Both said that they had checked the aerial signal and I needed a new one. Jason established almost immediately that the problem with the splitter. He replaced this and everything worked great at a fraction of the price I had previously been quoted. I would definitely use Jason again.
