Mark is such a lovely man who is thorough and genuinely cares about fixing the issue for you. The 1st time I used him it was for a water tank issue, and the 2nd time it was a total mystery, but he enthusiastically figured it out and it was a water meter issue. Calling a plumber is stressful in itself but he makes it painless as he is a pleasure to do business with. Prices are reasonable and in line with standard costs.

Mark arrived on the day he said completed the work to a high standard, left the bathroom nice and clean, at a fair price and I would have no qualms in recommending him.

As usual Mark was friendly, helpful and very quick getting the job done. Replaced kitchen sink and taps plus two other sets of taps. He suggested the items to get, was clear about cost and benefits of the alternatives. In the kitchen he also fitted a new garbage disposal unit I'd already bought for this. I've no hesitation recommending him to others.

Work completed as said and full explanation of what he was doing. Obtained part at lower cost by traveling to another wholesaler. Would recommend him without question

We called Mark out to attend to a leak from our bathroom into out kitchen. He arrived exactly when he said he would, investigated the problem and gave us the best and worst case scenarios for fixing it. He then returned as promised, fixed it (best case scenario - yeah!) and cleared up. Brilliant job. Totally reliable and we'll use him again (although hopefully not for a leak). Would recommend.

We first used AM Plumbing about 2 years ago to replace the older steel radiators and associated TRVs and were very pleased with the results. In October 2019 we decided to convert out existing main bathroom to a walk-in shower and also to replace the existing shower cubicle in our en-suite bathroom. We contacted Mark who gave us advice on the products to purchase and do he conversions. The work was by nature episodic and we required attendance from several trades including a plasterer, a tiler and Mark (the plumber). Everything went smoothly and the installation of all work was completed by Mark earlier this month. We are delighted with the results and have nothing but praise for the professional way in which everything was accomplished.

Am plumbing resolved a long standing problem with the heating system which required rewiring of the electrical controls and changing of motorised valves and pump. They then removed the cold water tank and ran everything from the mains .At the same time we had an en-suite shower ,toilet and wash hand basin installed. Every thing work first time and enabled us to dispense with a pump for the existing shower which needed replacing every two years or so due to the hardness of the water in this area. The work was finished on time and in budget. Any debris left after construction was removed.

Our shower developed a leak and Mark came when expected, carried out investigative work to identify the source of the leak, caused minimal damage and disruption, provided sound advice on required repairs, performed work as required to agreed budget, and provided the information requested by our insurer to complete our insurance claim. Many thanks !! We would recommend him, and use his services again.

Mark arrived when he said he would. Kept me up to date while I was at work. Offered solutions to problems then carried out the work with minimal fuss. Completed complicated job within a day.

Promblem with toilet overflowing .Called Mark said he would come the following day after a job he was doing in morning would text me to let me know when he was on his way.True to word he text me and arrived as said. Sorted the problem fitted replacement part all functioning OK.I have used him before would highly recommend.

Mark fitted a toilet cistern and pan in a very efficient way, giving me every confidence and trust in him. He also fitted a much needed outside tap in my front garden. I found him to be completely honest and trustworthy and his charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

We had an underground water leak and in the first instance Mark came round and spent a lot of time giving helpful advice as to how to proceed. Once I had dug a hole and uncovered the leak, he came back to do the job, fitting us in quickly as we had no water during the hottest weather in years! Once he had assessed the job, he bought the correct parts, and then cut out the old pipe and fixed the new pipework in place. He was very efficient and quickly completed the work. His charge for the work was also very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mark to others.

A blockage and some flooding. When I called Mark he said he was pretty fully booked up but got back and came round a little later. Sorted things and gave a few tips to avoid it happening again. No hesitation in recommending him to others.

Friendly, helpful and efficient. Responded quickly to emails even late in the evening - giving good advice that helped me manage the problems I was experiencing. Came round at agreed time and thoroughly assessed the problem. Gave very clear practical advice in terms of the causes of the problem and potential solutions. Fixed it without any fuss and didn't charge the earth. Very happy to use again and recommend to others

I choose AM Plumbing on the basis of being a Which? Trusted Trader and was not disappointed. After carrying out an initial survey, Mark provided a detailed estimate which was accepted and the work undertaken within a week. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the work.

I have had three plumbers look at a shower that wasn't working properly. Various problems and solutions were floated (pardon the pun) then all three plumbers disappeared off never to be seen again. After 18 months of a non working shower a neighbourhood watch email mentioned the Trusted Traders Scheme. Through this I contacted Mark at AM Plumbing. He came in, fiddled with the shower, told me what the problem was and said he'd order the parts to fix it. Reader he came back ! Not only did he return with the right parts and fixed the shower but he sorted out a leaky tap too . An excellent plumber !
