Frank proved himself to be a top class engineer as he sorted out our home Ethernet network which had been wrongly wired by previous electricians. There were multiple issues including faulty RJ45 sockets, incorrect wiring and faded colouring on the cables but Frank worked logically and determinedly until all was 100% resolved. It took a lot more time than expected so there was a small extra charge above what had been quoted. However that was perfectly fair and we are delighted with the outcome. I could not recommend Frank highly enough.

My brother-in-law is a vulnerable man that lives in supported accommodation. He had bought a new TV and had clearly changed some settings that he could not undo and meant he could not watch it. It seemed costly to send out an 'engineer' to resolve but, because I live some distance, this is what needed to happen. Frank's communication with me before the visit was prompt and informative; he attended as agreed, which meant he had to liaise with staff on site, and resolved the problem. Clearly, there was a minimum charge for the visit, but he kindly offered to provide remote phone support should the problem arise again. I was anxious arranging for a trader to visit, as I say, a vulnerable relative, but I need not have been - Frank did everything I hoped, kept in constant communication with me including advising me of all the details immediately after the visit. I was very glad I had picked this trader! Thank you.

Frank came to help me get the sound back on my TV, which had inexplicably disappeared, and to help me to understand how my new DVD recorder works. He was brilliant, and sorted everything. Importantly he explained things so that, hopefully, I'll be able to sort things for myself in the future. He was really kind and pleasant. and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Frank came at a very short notice on Christmas Eve to fix dodgy wiring done by a cowboy company. Frank straightened out the socket backboxes, fitted and tested the wiring for those. The outside lighting and the spotlights internally which were fitted in really badly. he also fixed the boiler settings for me, as they were in disarray after what the mess the LinxBuild&Design electrician had created. Frank was an absolute professional, explained everything, took photos and wrote a report too, he is also very reasonable and a very nice person too. I would recommend him to everybody. Frank came in help me get my electricity back on in my flat near London Bridge . I was given genuine and honest advice on the electricity problems caused by a leak from upstairs. Great help at unbeatable price! Highly recommend.

Mr Amat was called to fix my TV signal. After many trials with an internal aerial, he could check with the equipment he bought (he is fully equipped with all sort of stuff to work), there was no signal at all then he advised me about an external aerial which I agreed to and he installed it up in the roof. In two hours everything was done. Brilliant job, clean, efficient, I highly recommend Mr Amat!

I emailed Frank on the 2nd Jan after finding his details online via http://www.getmedigital.com. I wasn’t expecting a reply as it was still the Xmas holidays. Frank replied within the hour and after a few email exchanges, I booked a Free-sat Box install on the 14th Jan. Frank was extremely professional and worked very quickly. He was in and out in just under an hour. He was thorough and tidy in his work and took the time to show me exactly what I needed to know. When I called, Frank talked through potential fixes for my TV signal problems on the phone in a friendly manner and then booked a visit for the next day. He kept me informed of his estimated time of arrival due to traffic. Upon arrival, he was very personable and professional, getting straight to work and explaining as he did so. Not only did he fix the problem but he also put in a new socket for our TV aerial at no extra charge. Great workmanship and great service at a great price. I would recommend to all.
