Amazing Lofts (Storage Solutions) Ltd

I had recently moved into my new home. Very little work had been done for many years. I wanted to get the loft insulated due to the hike in energy prices and long term benefits. this company was recommended to me. I made the first phone call and spoke to Kevin. He asked roughly what I needed doing and said he was happy to come and have a look plus give a price. We set a date that was quite soon and he turned up on the date and specified time. I also had a text to remind me of the appointment. He had a man with him who was training and asked me if I minded him looking as well. Of course I was happy with that. After a short while they came down from the loft and explained all to me. He actually said I had enough insulation but it needed putting down properly as it had just been tossed to the sides. So basically no extra charge as had sufficient. He did say the middle section where it had been boarded needed to come up and be done to a better depth so to conform to present regulations. He then gave detail of what was needed i.e. raise middle section, redistribute all present insulation, have new hatch which will be insulated and new ladder which I asked for. He said as I had only a few boards in the middle section, that he wouldn't charge to dispose of them. He sent a price through by email and I accepted the quote and sent 25 per cent deposit. A date was set for the work to be carried out. The 2 guys that came were on time, very polite, hard working and cleaned everything away when completed. They asked me to check so that I was happy with the work before they left. From beginning to end the the guys did an amazing job. Most of all I loved their honesty, time keeping and attention to detail. I would always recommend this company. They were all great and did an amazing job.

We had our loft boarded on legs, loft ladder installed and loft hatch turned. This was all carried out in a way that doesn't impact on our NHBC warranty.

Loft fully boarded out, 2 windows put into the roof. New light with light switch, and double plug socket. They came when they said they would and worked in a clean space leaving no mess throughout their time at my house.

We had our loft boarded and had a new hatch put in. The team were really helpful, efficient and delivered a high level of work.
