They did a storey extension to the ground floor, extended the kitchen, built kitchen and bathroom. They were great guys and builders. Any complaints or queries during the process, was able to resolve and sort out. Worked with me during process. Kept up to date throughout - very often spoke about next steps. Explained the best options and clear on stages. Happy with completion. They do work with you, not rigid in terms of able to support. Communication was 100% and cleaned up everyday before they left. If I chose something, they would give all options and recommendations. They do follow up and able to support throughout. Would recommend to anyone - no hesitation - they were referred by architect who drew up the plans and I thought was best opinion with fair price. They give you a schedule of works, what's been spent and what's left with costs.

Garage was converted to a utility room and work was completed to a high standard and timely manner. Employees were efficient and proactive and kept me informed on all aspects. Very satisfied with the result.

The work comprised a single storey extension, to include kitchen, storage area, shower room and porch. It was complicated due to foul and storm water drainage passing under the build which were all dealt with competently and the new services connected correctly. Bricks and tiles were chosen to exactly match the rest of the house which is 75 yrs old. Consequently the extension is completely compatible and looks like it's always been there. New kitchen fittings were also matched to the existing kitchen including extending existing worktops. Wayne had good ideas for space-creating, and was not fazed when I wanted anything changed. All the work was to a good standard, smart and well thought through. His workers were polite, friendly and competent. None requested or expected tea/coffee. He and his workers were on site every day 07.30-16.00 for the duration of the build between May and October 2022. The electrician, gas fitter and decorators he hired were also qualified and competent. Wayne was happiest just being a builder!

Amazing Space Design & Build extended our kitchen into an open plan kitchen and family room with a new downstairs WC, plus new patio. We've had a great experience throughout with the company and we're delighted with the work completed. Wayne and Robyn are a pleasure to deal with-they take a real consultative approach to each project and focus on what you want as the client, and making the end result meet your needs. Communication has been regular and detailed -always taking the time to explain any delays/complications (as there always are with older houses!) and what our options are. Would throughly recommend them to others.

Amazing Space Design has helped us renovate the ground floor by laying down chessboard style mosaic tiles in the corridor, executed to perfection. We built a new WC under the staircase and laid down new kitchen tiles. Wayne laid for us a new wooden floor(glue down) in the living room and resolved a severe rising damp issue. The team widened the patio door, for the new door to be installed and decorated the room. They have also helped us to re-arrange our garden by building an new base for our shed, create a new beautiful patio with tiles and lay new grass. Finally, we did a full clean up of the roof and maintenance of the chimneys. All works carried out were to very high spec. Wayne and his team have been very helpful and understanding of our requirements during the whole process. Changes in the plan or if something did not quite work as we thought, were never a problem for the team. Wayne is a perfectionist, has a great eye for detail and is very skilled. Finally his accounts team kept us up-to-date every step of the process regarding expenditure, making budget planning straight forward.
