I am always a little sceptical about reviews especially when they are full of glowing feedback. However, I decided to put some faith in the reviews I had read and chose AMT. to install a new combi boiler and replace one radiator. I met Alex at my home who carried out a survey and gave a comprehensive explanation about works required, options and timescales etc. I was thoroughly impressed from the outset. Alex and Josh then attended my property 4 weeks later. From start to finish they were meticulous, punctual, polite and worked efficiently to finish the job, even without ever taking breaks! The job was completed within 2 days and the only way I would have been more satisfied is if I didn’t have to pay! A great job done by a most pleasant team. You may get a cheaper job but I doubt you will get a better job!

Alex did a fantastic job on my flat which needed a complete upgrade. He took the time to explain the different options to me and was understanding when I had to delay the work while waiting for permission from the property management company. The boiler and radiators were installed very quickly, the old water tank was removed quickly and all work was completed with minimal mess. Would 100% recommend.

Alex had previously installed a combi boiler in my old property and did such a great job that when we moved house and realised the ancient boiler needed replacing he was the only person I contacted. As before, Alex was fantastic to work with. He replied quickly to any queries I had and explained clearly what our replacement options were (we went for a system boiler). When it came to doing the job, we left Alex to get on with it while we were away for the half term holiday. It was a big job that involved lifting floor boards and moving furniture and carpets so he could lay new pipes, but Alex did it on budget and on schedule (even working through the bank holiday to ensure it was finished on time). We returned to a clean and tidy house (with loads of hot water and - finally - great water pressure). And even though it was a Sunday, Alex gave me a call to explain how the new system and controls worked. I can't rate Alex highly enough and would recommend his services to everyone.

Alex came out and gave us a quote, and spent time explaining and recommending, what we should have with the new boiler installation, Alex recommended the air separator, type of filter and the smart Valiant thermostat and explained the reasons. On the day of installation Alex explained was was being done, Alex and his apprentice are very courteous, polite and tidy. Alex works to very high standards, I would highly recommend him, and I will continue to use Alex for the future yearly service, and would not hesitate to use Alex again for future work.

I wanted to upgrade an old gravity fed heating system to a more modern combi boiler configuration. I had decided on a Vaillant boiler, and found AMT amongst the companies listed in my area by Vaillant. I read reviews of all of those local to me and decided to drop AMT a line. Alex called me the same day (at a weekend) to discuss the work and agreed to call around the following week, which he duly did. He took great care to discuss options with me, and had some great suggestions on how to arrange pipework to make it a really neat job. The work was carried out within 2 weeks and I me really pleased with it. The quality of work is superb. Alex & Josh really took great care to keep their work neat and tidy. In addition They fitted a new Triton digital shower for me to replace an old Triton electric shower. Both pieces of work were done in 2 days, and quality of both installations is first rate. I thoroughly recommend AMT - if you want good work doing this is the company to chose.

I woke up on Wednesday morning to no hot water. I was passed Alex number over by a colleague who had used him previously. I called him first thing in the morning he was busy on another job but said he would come round no matter what time it was. This put my mind at rest as being at home all day with no heating or hot water was awful. True to his word he came round after hrs. I found him to be fantastic, he appreciated the 2 meter rule worked in a tidy and respectful manner and thankfully fixed the issue, a faulty pump All in all I found him brilliant and would highly recommend

I called AMT as my boiler was refusing to kick off, despite several restarting cycle and no useful error codes. Alex pretty quickly identified that the issue was not with the boiler but with the 2 actuators on the valves for the hot water cylinder and the heating system. Went to buy the parts, quickly replaced them and the scare of a costly boiler repair/replacement went away! Very punctual, polite, competent, effective and honest. Highly recommend!

Can't fault the service given by Alex and his team. Alex listened to my requirements and ensured he did what he can to meet them, he gave a competitive quote and highlighted any potential extras that could possibly be needed so there would be no nasty surprises and thankfully there weren't any. The installation went very smoothly and the guys cleaned up after the work was done. Alex is also very responsive to any queries I've raised afterwards and I am more than happy to recommend AMT Heating.

Alex (of AMT Heating) responded to my online request for quotes. His site visit to my home was thorough as was his professional advice concerning my setup. The quote he provided was detailed and he worked within the price quoted hence no surprises. The installation day arrived and Alex arrived on time with a colleague and they came prepared with dustsheets and cleared up at the end of the day taking the old boiler with them. The price was fair for the job ie not cowboy cheap but certainly not extortionate. I am pleased I took Alex’s recommendation about the boiler spec (which included 10 year parts and labour warranty) and peripherals - all of which are working beautifully. In summary, I highly recommend AMT Heating. They are professional, very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I had a boiler and tank removed and replaced with a combi boiler. All the way through Alex explained everything to me clearly and kept me fully informed all the way through the job. The work carried out is of an excellent standard and Alex and Dan were on time each day and I cannot recommend AMT Heating highly enough.

Alex recently replaced my boiler and installed a new radiator. He did a brilliant job and I'd recommend him to anyone that needs work doing on their heating. Before providing his (very reasonable) quote, Alex visited my house and spent a lot of time going through the different options available to me. He answered all my questions (both at the time and later over email) and ensured that I was completely happy with what he was going to do. On the day of the job, Alex arrived on time and completed everything as promised by that afternoon. He was extremely clean and tidy, covering up my floor and surfaces and tidying up after he'd finished. The installation looks very neat and the boiler and radiator are working perfectly. I'll definitely use Alex again when I come to get the boiler serviced.

Alex installed our boiler two years ago and has serviced it annually since as well as helping sort out some plumbing emergencies in between. Alex is always on time and explains what he's doing really clearly. Quality of the work is really good and excellent value

Had a radiator removed and new one installed in new position In living room. Alex and Dan were extremely professional and tidy and did a great job. Will definitely be using them again for a bigger project later in the year

AMT Heating did a Gas Safe inspection on my boiler today. Great job as always, nice guys and did a general health check on the boiler. All looks okay at the moment but alerted me to a couple of things to watch out for as the boiler ages. Great service.

Alex and his colleague were fantastic. Fixed the rusty old boiler in half hour or so and gave us a detailed explanation of the work. Only charged what was agreed on the phone. They were very courteous and friendly. Very highly recommend.

I needed a traditional boiler replacing with a combi, the old tanks removing and pipework sorting, plus 2 new radiators and TRVs fitted to them and to other radiators. AMT was one of 3 companies I asked for quotes. As well as listening to what I wanted, Alex patiently answered my questions, and provided really helpful advice and explanations, including internet links with more information. His quote was very reasonable, and the only one that arrived in the time promised. The work was carried out professionally, and to a high standard, and they made every effort to clear up the inevitable mess. I am vey pleased with the new system. I would highly recommend this company.

Really pleased with the time, effort & professional manner in which AMT carried out my installation. The AMT team arrived when they said they would, talked me through exactly what they were going to get done and even managed to complete the install on the same day ( a Saturday as well) by staying late to have the boiler commisioned so we had heating and hot water for the weekend. Great advice given prior to install on the type of heating system that would best suit our property as we go through an extension build. Would happily recommend their service & expertise.

I originally got four quotes for this job. Alex stood out in the effort he made to consider the job, potential issues in the installation and to make sure that I understood why he made the recommendations he did. He was competitive on price but just seemed more professional and interested in the potential business than the other people I asked to quote. The installation went well, Alex and co-workers were clean, courteous, on time, explained things well, and made sure we were happy with everything when they had finished.
