I recently had a boiler fitted by AMT Heating, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Alex and Josh were the professionals assigned to my installation, and they truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were knowledgeable and well-prepared. They took the time to explain the entire process to me, ensuring I understood what would happen at each step. Their attention to detail was impressive; they meticulously assessed my home’s heating requirements and made thoughtful recommendations. Throughout the installation, Alex and Josh maintained a clean and organized work environment. They worked efficiently and effectively, demonstrating a high level of skill and professionalism. It was evident that they took pride in their work, ensuring everything was installed to the highest standards. What stood out most was their friendly demeanour. We've had Alex do multiple jobs around the house over the last few years. Most recently, he fixed a broken toilet flushing mechanism. His communication ahead of the day was very clear and helpful. He always takes time to understand the situation before his arrival to ensure he can fix the problem quickly and cheaply. He also often goes the extra mile to offer free advice, both before and after the job has been done. I can't recommend Alex enough. 100% our go-to for all things heating and plumbing!

Alex came out to us at the last minute to fix a fault on our boiler when we woke up on a cold day without heating. He was polite, transparent with his fees and explained exactly what the problem was. We will not be hesitating to use his services again. Thanks so much Alex!

I contacted Alex as we needed an urgent repair as we had no hot water and the boiler was leaking. Alex came out the same day to have a look and explained the situation and provided solutions. We opted for a new boiler as it made more sense to replace than constantly repair the existing one which was quite old. Alex broke down what needed to be done and quoted clearly what he was going to do. I was really happy with his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

From the time of the initial survey to the completion of the work I found Alex to be extremely professional and clearly a highly experienced heating engineer. His level of knowledge and approach instilled confidence that the work would be completed to a high standard. I have not been disappointed. A big thanks to Alex and Josh from AMT. I can understand why AMT is a preferred installer for Vaillant. Highly recommended!

Have used AMT for many years and find their work most reliable from the installation of a new boiler, boiler servicing and gas safety checks. Always on time and on budget.

Alex was super responsive as always and was able to come out the same afternoon to repair a broken toilet handle. He asked for photos in advance so he could come with the right part rather than needing multiple visits. Alex is always very reasonable and fair with his charges and he is knowledgeable, efficient and communicative. I would recommend!

I have used AMT Heating a few times now, and have always been more than happy with the work carried out. Alex is always accommodating and will try and fit you in as soon as he can, and in this instance even came earlier than the agreed appointment time due to growing issue with leak,. The work was carried out to a high standard and in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend AMT for any heating or plumbing services.
