Can't fault the service given by Alex and his team. Alex listened to my requirements and ensured he did what he can to meet them, he gave a competitive quote and highlighted any potential extras that could possibly be needed so there would be no nasty surprises and thankfully there weren't any. The installation went very smoothly and the guys cleaned up after the work was done. Alex is also very responsive to any queries I've raised afterwards and I am more than happy to recommend AMT Heating.

Alex installed my boiler over 8 years ago and did a fantastic job. No fuss and no hassle. He quoted fairly, carried out the work on time and everything went smoothly. I originally got four quotes for this job. Alex stood out in the effort he made to consider the job, potential issues in the installation and to make sure that I understood why he made the recommendations he did. He was competitive on price but just seemed more professional and interested in the potential business than the other people I asked to quote. The installation went well, Alex and co-workers were clean, courteous, on time, explained things well, and made sure we were happy with everything when they had finished. Very happy to recommend Alex to anyone looking at a new boiler installation.

Alex recently replaced my boiler and installed a new radiator. He did a brilliant job and I'd recommend him to anyone that needs work doing on their heating. Before providing his (very reasonable) quote, Alex visited my house and spent a lot of time going through the different options available to me. He answered all my questions (both at the time and later over email) and ensured that I was completely happy with what he was going to do. On the day of the job, Alex arrived on time and completed everything as promised by that afternoon. He was extremely clean and tidy, covering up my floor and surfaces and tidying up after he'd finished. The installation looks very neat and the boiler and radiator are working perfectly. I'll definitely use Alex again when I come to get the boiler serviced.

I called AMT as my boiler was refusing to kick off, despite several restarting cycle and no useful error codes. Alex pretty quickly identified that the issue was not with the boiler but with the 2 actuators on the valves for the hot water cylinder and the heating system. Went to buy the parts, quickly replaced them and the scare of a costly boiler repair/replacement went away! Very punctual, polite, competent, effective and honest. Highly recommend!

AMT relocated and installed a new Combi boiler in 2020 . The installation was first class clean and efficient. AMT have done the Annual Services since then. Alex has just installed and commissioned a new range gas cooker today and re-routed the pipe work as necessary. As expected the work by Alex was neat and tidy again and the pricing for the work is again very reasonable. The company is reliable and punctual.I would definitely recommend AMT.

I realised early evening that I was without hot water or gas central heating and I emailed Alex, whom I'd not contacted before, to ask if he could maybe come the following day to look at my boiler. He emailed back that evening and asked me a couple of questions. He then advised me of a simple fix I could do myself, and it worked a treat. It was such a generous gesture and he is clearly a person to trust. He will definitely be my first port of call for more substantial plumbing work in the future.

Alex from AMT was the first gas engineer to come round & explain in detail & in a way that I could understand about the size radiators I would need & about the new boiler, which in the long run could save us money. He was to the point & his experience came through. Alex was really kind, making sure that I wasn't cold on the day & even fixed my leaky tap! His work was neat & quick & he took time to explain the thermostat to me twice!! I'm so grateful as he has made me feel comfortable, I have now passed his number on to two friends.

Alex from AMT Heating visited promptly to assess the existing situation. He talked us through several options, and that evening emailed some quotes based on those. We decided what we wanted and he booked us in for our preferred date. The team arrived on time, were very considerate, laying protection on the stair carpet, and got on with the job. Within 8 hours we had a fully functioning new boiler, working perfectly. It is the best installation I have ever seen, very professional and excellent workmanship. Josh made sure that we understood the controls, and he and Alex cleared all the old fittings away as they went, leaving the house immaculately clean and tidy. They also offer a yearly service plan at a very reasonable rate. We cannot hesitate to recommend this company.
