Build of a new patio
Customer Service

About 10 years ago, Andamar did a fantastic job of the hard landscaping of our garden. We had no hesitation in choosing Andamar again to build a new patio. Andrew listened carefully to the brief and provided helpful advice and suggestions that slightly reshaped our ideas. The work was completed diligently by Andrew's polite and hardworking team. We are very pleased with the results.

New hardwood decking wirth concealed fittings.

Andamar Landscapes were contracted to replace a hardwood deck which I had removed prior to my contacting them. The requiremant was for a balau hardwood deck on two levels, overhanging a small pond. The deck was to be fitted using 'customer supplied' concealed fittings, so no screws would be visible. The particular fittings were new to Chris and Dan who did the work but quickly sorted out how to use them - ultimately building a deck to my entire satisfaction whilst keeping the site clean and tidy. Throughout the construction period, any questions I had were answered immediately and I was kept informed as the work progressed. Though the job ran slightly over the estimated time to complete, Andamar charged as per their original quotation. Given the quality of workmanship and 'customer service'from initial query to job complertion, I have no hesitation in recommennding this company for a similar project.

We had Andamar Landscapes design and rebuild our decking using modern composite materials. They were very efficient, did the job with the minimum of mess and a minimum of disruption. We are very pleased with the final result. Chris and Dan worked diligently and efficiently, and their finish was meticulous. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Front and Rear Garden Upgrade

Mark responded rapidly to my follow up email for gardening services and provided a competitive quote. Mark and the team were professional, knowledgeable, polite and very efficient. They did a superb job revitalising the ‘bottom’ of our back garden, laying new membrane and stone chipping, in support of trimming shrubs and planting a number of new shrubs. This was supported by ‘renovating’ our front garden with pruning of existing shrubs and weed clearance. Look forward to seeing Mark (and team) in the Autumn for a ‘shrub trim’.

Fencing and retaining wall

Andrew and team completed work at my property. They were professional, polite and very efficient. They replaced existing wooden posts with concrete ones. Removed and replaced a single brick wall with concrete gravel boards. Refitted fence panels and left the whole area neat and tidy. This was a small job for them, but it was done efficiently and professionally. Great team, honest and I would highly recommend them.

Andrew, Chris and the team at Andamar Landscapes did a fantastic job renovating the bottom of our garden. The complete mess and mud that was there before was cleared away, the ground raised and new artificial grass laid for us. Andrew responded rapidly to a request for a quote, provided a competitive price and kept in touch throughout the job, even when he was on holiday - this makes such a difference compared with so many companies that never respond to calls or emails. His team took care of our garden, laying boards to cover the driveway when stones were delivered and over the grass where they were regularly walking. They cleared up after themselves each day perfectly. The end job looks great and has allowed us to put up a pool with SunnyTent for the kids this summer! Would strongly recommend.

Patios rejuvenated

A tired patio was given a new lease of life and a corner piece of the garden turned into a circular area to catch the later sun. First impressions were of welcome advice born of knowledge and experience. Lifting the main patio to the height of the lawn beyond was particularly pleasing. The team worked tirelessly, going beyond the norm to provide a professional job, resulting a delightful transformation.

Andamar undertook a complete overhaul of our garden which had grown wild. At the rear and side trees, shrubs, hedges and fences had grown out of control. Mark led an attack which cut back the decades of growth. He then procured and laid out new planting for us. He laid shingle and bark to keep the garden easy for future maintenance. Chris installed a new rear fence incorporating a boundary tree as a landscaping feature. Our life has been made a lot easier by the work which is easy on the eye.

Front garden landscaped. Lawn removed, block paving laid, fence erected. The second time we had used Andamar, very happy both times. They work exceptionally hard, and are prompt, tidy and considerate. The work is of high quality and the invoice reflects the quote, no nasty hidden surprises. Highly recommended.

We had a patio laid, a new bin area created, lawn edging installed and a fruit tree pruned. The whole experience was excellent. The men who carried out the work were pleasant, polite, and hardworking. Care was taken and everything was cleaned up well at the end. They did a very good job and the garden looks much better!
