My initial contact was via telephone, Euan was very cordial and asked me to send an e-mail detailing the work required and enclosing pictures. We required the replacement of two faulty electrical sockets and a temperamental dimmer switch. Euan arrived with all the parts needed at the agreed time and efficiently set about completing the works. We are very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to use him for any future electrical work.

Euan and his team are a friendly, thorough and professional outfit. Euan is an approachable, friendly, open and honest professional who listened and communicated effectively at all times. The work done was to a very high standard and was completed on time and as agreed at the outset. Any questions along the way were sorted through before actions were taken and nothing was too much trouble. Euan provided all parts for the work within the initial quote, so he sourced and supplied everything. He took away all the rubbish that was his and made sure to recycle any packaging he could. At the end of the job, Euan asked me to come and check his work and to see that I was happy and satisfied that he had covered the job sheet. I was happy and he was very patient with me with any questions! Euan was trustworthy with keys and the property as a whole. Euan had an apprentice working with him, who he was kind to and treated well. Euan replied straight away and came around promptly to give a quote for a replacement consumer unit. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with fair pricing. Euan replaced the consumer unit in our under stairs cupboard. It was a tricky job in a tight space which required a more complex installation than was originally expected. However Euan kept up fully informed and explained all the details of the options we had. The work was completed in a relatively short amount of time in a highly processional; way. We would definitely use him again for any further electrical work we have.

We asked Anderson Electrical to conduct an Electrical Installation Condition Report on a property that we are in the process of buying. We decided to use Anderson Electrical based on their reviews on Which Trusted Trader and their nearby location. We conducted all of our communications with Anderson Electrical via email which we found to be prompt and smooth. Anderson Electricals' report was thorough and detailed. The report was shared with us on the day of the inspection. We sent some follow-up questions to Anderson Electrical concerning the findings of the inspection and they provided detailed responses along with repair suggestions and estimated costs. We would have no hesitation recommending Anderson Electrical.

Euan supplied a new consumer unit and rectified many issues left by the previous "electrician". Anderson Electricals' workmanship is of the highest standard and I now feel assured that the property is safe. Myself and family will be using Anderson Electrical for all future work.

Euan carried out an electrical survey on a flat and completed a very thorough report quickly and efficiently. Following the purchase of the property Euan installed new radiators, upgraded the fuse box, light switches and kitchen light. He carried out this work to a high standard and we are very pleased with the results. Euan fitted two outside / garden lights for us and we're really happy with them. Euan was very prompt to respond to our request for a quote and was great at keeping in contact with us while we were waiting for one of the lights to arrive (he supplied the other one). He was quick to schedule time to come and fit the lights and get everything working well. He was friendly and helpful throughout and offered us some useful advice on the type of light that would work best. I'd happy use Euan again.

Euan came to our house in December 2022 to assess if the house would pass a landlord's certificate (EICR ). He telephoned earlier to say he was running about 30 mins late due to traffic and if he was going to be any later would call again and asked if the delay was o k with us. He arrived and surveyed our house saying he would give a written report but a new fuse board was needed together with new spotlights in the kitchen and in one bedroom.his quote seemed reasonable so he went ahead with the work one week later. It was finished on time with no problems and Euan was very clean clearing away all rubbish and tidied up after he had finished and found him a very polite young man. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is looking for a reliable competent electrician.
