Andy Clarke I have been the lead technician for over 10 years and the proprietor for the last 4 years.

Outgoing tenant left without having carpets cleaned claiming that they were "worn and threadbare". They definitely showed signs of usage but we thought it was worth investigation if they could be restored. Andy had a look and told us he could get them back into good condition. He was as good as his word and they are now ready for the next tenant. He also took time to explain some of the marks he had been unable to remove and what they were. All this for a very reasonable price.

Prompt arrival and very friendly . Explained in depth and very clearly what would be involved. Procedure carried out extremely professionally with no disruption. Attention to problem areas was exceptional and we are very happy with the result. The charge was actually less than quoted. Care was taken to clean up upon completion of the job. Very professional company called before arrival to say he was on his way, treated my home with respect put on overshoes before entering caried out the work to my satisfaction cleaned up afterwards. having worked in other people's homes in my career as a gas engineer just the sort of company I would want to be in my home to carry out work. well done Andrew and thanks for a job well done.

We called Sutton Carpet Cleaning after a faulty rug doctor left our lounge flooded with dirty water. The under layer of the carpet was drenched and the smell was unbearable. Andrew came the same day, left the fan to dry out the under layer and returned to do a full deep water extraction and UV fogg, as well as an additional visit for a final clean. Carpet is now odor free! I the future will avoid rug doctor and go to Sutton Carpet Cleaning directly!

Andy visited us earlier today. He is a lovely, friendly chap and was quick to explain exactly what he planned to do. He cleaned our laminate floors (which were in quite a state following house renovation) and brought them up to an unbelievably superb standard. I highly recommend him to others and we will definitely be using him for curtain cleaning very soon.

Delighted with the work Andy undertook on a rental house we were vacating. We had a dog so it was a requirement that we had all carpets cleaned upon leaving. Fair to state that the landlord was VERY impressed. There were some stains on the carpets when we commenced our tenancy but they had all disappeared. Andy turned up exactly when he said he would.
