Based on a very positive experience of Andrew and the quality of his work previously, we have since had him back to carry out a variety of additional electrical work, including an EICR, replacing a distribution board, replacement and repositioning of down-lights & wall-lights, additional power sockets, and the installation of mains-powered slimline LED lighting under the kitchen cabinets. All work has been done to a very high standard, in a timely manner with minimal disruption or mess, and always in a polite and cheerful way. Highly recommended.

I needed to have a faulty bathroom heater replaced at a time when the outside temperature were heading to minus figures! I contacted Andy on a Friday, late morning. By the afternoon I received a reasonable quotation, with good advice about fitting an alternative make of heater. The make of heater I was replacing seemed to be unavailable. By the next morning, the heater was suppled and fitted. Andy discovered a fault with the spur fuse which he replaced at no extra charge. Needless to say, I can completely recommend Andy and will certainly ask him to do any future electrical works for me.

Had two consumer units and a secondary meter replaced including all testing of circuits plus other works to satisfy minimum requirement regulations. I am a Which? member so went for a Which? Trusted Trader. I am very pleased I did. Andrew Jennings was excellent, very professional, answered all my questions very patiently and there were many because I am very interested in the whole process. He always arrived at the agreed time, was always polite and courteous, used good quality products, cleaned up afterwards and nothing was too much trouble.

Andy did a great job for us - rewiring multiple fuse boards, fixing faults and installing new electrical points. Very professional, kept me informed all the way through. Very tidy worker and really pleased with the end result. Would certainly use him again.

Andrew managed to replace bathroom and en-suite shower extractor fans, and alter the ducting and wiring, all via an access hatch to a very restricted space above a suspended-ceiling. His experience and knowledge enabled the original unit to be replaced by one of similar performance at a significantly lower cost. I cannot fault his workmanship, tidiness, timing or communication throughout the work, with prompt replies to clarify any queries I had. I will definitely approach Andrew for any further electrical work required and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

We have used Andrew Jennings Electrical contractors and had work done over the last three months whilst renovating a house. When Andy and Nick initially came to assess the work to be done they were able to explain in a simple methodical manner, my limitations extend to wiring a plug only!!! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for either of them, and he gave me prices as we went along and as web changed our decisions, added to the workload and changed other plans, this was never any trouble! Both he and Nick work exceptionally well together, the standard of work is absolutely impeccable and the materials used and supplied are all of a very very high standard. We had an immense amount of work done and they always turned up on the days they stipulated, always on time, clearly explained everything that they needed to do that day and always very clean and tidy at the end of a days work. I have absolutely full confidence in what they have achieved and once our extension is underway there is no way I would consider anyone else to complete the electrical work!! Andy and Nick provide all the information required to explain what needed to be done and offered different suggestions and solutions and with their experience it clearly worked well. They work brilliantly together and I feel very fortunate that I have met Andy as he has provided and completed some incredible standards of work which we are totally delighted with!!! Andrew is a really nice guy. He fitted a Rolec car charger and did some lighting changes. He is reliable, good at his job and goes above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
