Mr Small's men were absolutely brilliant, they were on time, polite and very helpful. When they got to the flat, they worked really hard up and down two flights of stairs with heavy furniture and heavy boxes. I would recommend the company. One of my pieces of furniture broke and was taken away to be repaired.

From the initial video we decided to use Andrew’s of Kent for our house move. In the video call they explained what they would do and how. The day of the move they arrived at our house in Northampton on time. They packed up everything taking care of all our valuables and our property protecting carpets etc. Then drove to our new home in Kent and stored all our furniture and boxes overnight ready for the next day to move us in. They were waiting for us when we arrived putting everything exactly where we wanted it to go. I must say Tommy, Paul, Charlie and Frank were polite, respectful of our belongings and property and worked extremely hard to make the whole process run like clockwork, taking off doors and arms off the sofa to get it in the house. I would recommend Andrew’s of Kent to anyone moving. Great company so accommodating. The ladies in the office also went out of their way to help us move on the days we needed. Very helpful and professional team.

We used Andrews of Kent from recommendations from family members. Andrew came to the property to do a survey on what we were taking from the house & garden and potential dates of exchange and completion. Quote came via email detailed including the kingsize bed frame the team would dismantle and set back up on move in day. Once we exchanged phoned to pay the deposit and get dates confirmed the office staff were lovely and confirmed everything by email. Due to the size of the property and access into road the Team Karl, Frank & Charlie moved our possessions out on the Friday 10th as agreed which made it so much easier to give our home of 16yrs a good clean ready for new owners,then on completion day 13th July once we had keys the same Team met us at our new home to unload our possessions. The guys were professional and hard working considering there were four floors they worked so well as a team and zero damage to anything. At the new house once everything was unloaded the foreman checked everything was where it needed to be and we were ok before they left. Highly recommend a stress free move with Andrews of Kent.

The quotation service was excellent. The person arrived promptly on a very rainy day, and was consultative during the inspection. On the day of moving, the team did a great job, especially with my cumbersome plants! The only critique I have is that some of the boxes marked 'fragile' were put on the floor and then stacked upon. Other than that, it all went well.

I am beyond grateful to Andrew’s of Kent. My job was late notice and they made it possible to assist me with my move. Karl and Tommy worked tirelessly to ensure that every last item was safely moved to wherever I needed things to go and didn’t leave until everything was complete. Items were heavy and awkward with at times extremely challenging access. Very professional, very reliable and really kind and friendly. I was in good hands and being a woman on my own I can not overemphasise how grateful I am.

Had a full pack service organised at short notice, the whole experience was very positive. There was good information given over email, which was followed up by a visit, no pressure or upselling. Day of move went without any problems, crew on time and understood what needed to be done. The person moving is disabled and there was an extra level of care and understanding given, which reduced stress for everyone. Overall, would recommend.

Good value, really lovely guys. Did a great job would definitely recommend. Provided plenty of packing materials & were very reliable.

We had a tricky removal requirement of a large sofa from a third floor flat. We had great service from Andrews who were able to deftly get it down and transport it to another local address. The team were profesisonal and helpful, and it was a pretty seamless experience for us. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service. All done absolutely as promised. No problems at all Guys courteous and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
