The removal men were prompt, efficient, friendly, and could not have been more accommodating. I was given a first class service and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent moving company. From the first phone call, to the completion of the move, all of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I also included packing, due to many very fragile, sentimental and irreplaceable items, and there was not a single breakage. My actual movers did a brilliant job. Couldn’t have asked for a better team - arrived on time, and completed the job fast and efficiently. A huge bonus for me was that they came back when I was ready, and picked up all the empty boxes and packing materials. I was amazed with how efficient Andrews team were from ordering the move, to actually moving was a joy, considering the stress of moving causes. They just made it seem easy, and it was because they take care of Everything. They packed all my mirrors in cardboard and bubble wrap, and there's a lot of them. My B&O TV was treated with the utmost respect and wrapped in Card and bubble like the mirrors. They were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving. What can I say from start to finish this removal company Andrews were top for me. The quote was very competitive professional in every way. The day of moving David & Tyler where a team I knew was going to be stress-free. Both these guys put more than 100% into their job happy smiling and helped me 1000% they look after my items with care. I can't ever think I would go elsewhere should I want to move again it would be Andrews every time. Andrews of Kent did a great job moving us. From when they arrived to the time they left they worked hard and went out of their way to make the move as easy as possible. They definitely took away some of the stress of moving and we would choose to go with them again.

Andrews managed to fit us in very late notice due to a short deadline. The quote was very reasonable. The team arrived on time and began work straight away. They all went above and beyond to move some difficult items (trampoline and american fridge freezer) safely and securely. The team Karl, Andy, Tyler and Dan all worked extremely hard and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were also all extremely friendly and made what is supposed to be a stressful day complete plain sailing for me and my family. We paid extra for dismantling and rebuilding some difficult furniture including a pax wardrobe and my sons cabin bed, which enabled my son to have a comfortable night straight away i'm his new home!! Move was a swap between two dwellings in an Almshouses Community. The staff did packing for one lady and this was very satisfactory. Staff were very helpful and informative about the move and dealt well with a lady who was challenging to deal with at times. They were effecient, cheerful and friendly. This was also the case with the ladies in the office. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrews and would definitely use them if I ever need to move again.

Andrews moved my elderly parents from their bungalow and they had a lot of stuff to pack! The full packing service was thorough and we did not see any damages or breakages - a miracle. Through no fault of ours, the money transfers were delayed on the day of the move so the removal team were waiting around for a long time and they worked very hard to unpack the vans in double quick time, with good humour and understanding, for which we were very grateful. An overtime fee was subsequently charged, which we expected, and were happy to pay. Andrews were not the cheapest company we contacted, however, they always treated my parents with care and respect and we received a very good service. Can recommend them highly.

The team quoted me quickly, provided cones and provided me a very competitive rate. They came on time, removed everything carefully and delivered my items safely the next day to my new house. I highly recommend using them for peace of mind if not anything else.

We are so relieved we contacted Andrew’s Removals back in August to give us a quote for moving. Andy did our quote and fully explained their procedures. This was followed up by a very competitive, clear and detailed quote from Cara . We had several failed exchange dates during October, but Cara kept in contact throughout this very stressful time. When we finally got our moving date Cara had a large removal van available but had to sort out a three man crew, which thankfully she was able to do. Andy, Dan & Tyler were all brilliant and we felt totally confident that they would do a really good job. They were professional, kind, thoughtful, friendly and extremely efficient and hardworking. We were last in the chain and didn’t get our keys til after 4pm. This resulted in them not being able to unload all of our furniture and belongings on moving day, but they left us comfortable with enough stuff to get us through to the next morning when they delivered the rest of our things. We can’t praise the office staff and removal team enough for helping us through what was a particularly long and drawn out sale and purchase. They were very careful and covered floors etc in both houses, and they handled our furniture and belongings with a huge amount of care. Thank you all at Andrew’s, you were all exceptional.

Andrews of Kent provided an excellent removal service. Moving the entire contents of our house and garden from Kent to Herefordshire on two of the wettest days of the year. The team of Frank, Karl and Ben could not have been more helpful and worked extremely hard and efficiently whilst remaining professional and friendly in less than conducive conditions. It was a long and protracted move with changes of date, but nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to enable me to move, a 2 day job, at 4 days notice and that included a weekend. The crew were polite, considerate of my neighbours, at both properties, nothing was broken. I was supplied with ample packing materials and they took away the surplus. I would recommend them. It is the second time I have used them and both times very satisfied.

The piano was delivered safely and carefully and put exactly where it was needed. It was a very hot day yet the removal men were very cheerful and helpful.

Andrews of Kent take a lot of care with your belongings whilst being extremely efficient and quick, with very good communications. They are also very punctual. They moved my belongings out of my old flat extremely smoothly despite some problems of my causing. My belongings were moved into storage and today they were moved from storage into a new flat within an hour despite the new property being on the fourth floor. Many thanks to David, Karl, Cara, Jacqui and the other staff at Andrews.

I chose this company initially because of how helpful and friendly the ladies I spoke to were when I first phoned the company. We were slightly concerned, never having used a removal company before. Andrew visited and surveyed the items that we would be taking and assess the restricted access. A friendly and professional visit. We had two buyers pull out shortly before completion, Andrews were very understanding and helpful at a very stressful time. Moving day went amazingly well. Karl, Andy, Elliot and Rob just got on with the job politely and efficiently. When we arrived at our new home the vans were waiting outside and everything was unloaded quickly and smoothly. Would highly recommend Andrew’s of Kent. I have used them twice, once in 2014 UK to France and most recently in January 2024 France to Uk. On both occasions they acted in a highly professional manner as well as being very friendly answering all queries promptly. They kept me informed about the customs procedures and ensured that I understood every step of the move. They picked my furniture up at the pre arranged time and delivered it to my uk address at the booked time. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them

Andrews stepped in to rescue us when our pre booked removers let us down at the last minute.
