Andrews were our preferred mover from our previous property into store to await the build of our new home unfortunately through the problems with our buyer Andrews could not accommodate us and we were forced to use another firm who moved our furniture into their storage facility. Six months later they ceased trading and we went back to Andrews to arrange transfer to their storage facility. Subsequently they moved us out of store into our new home. We cannot fault the professional and friendly approach by all the office staff and the removal people on the day. We thoroughly recommend Andrews.

I couldn’t have been happier with the service Andrews provided. Moving from Margate to Glasgow, I anticipated a difficult process ahead, but thanks to the thought and attention every step of the way – from initial consultation, to communicating with the office, to the move itself – it couldn’t have been easier. Though I sourced quotes from other local movers, I went with Andrews because of the evident professionalism of their approach, which I saw in action during my move. Both Frank and Rhys were unfailingly friendly and diligent, even in the face of a lot of trips up and down two flights of stairs! They made what could have been a very stressful process an absolute breeze, and I’m very grateful for their efforts. Having done my packing for me, not a single item was broken or misplaced, and I only wish I’d signed up for the unpacking service as well! Though I hope not to be moving again any time soon, I will enthusiastically recommend Andrews to friends in Kent who may well be.

Cara in the office was super efficient. She filled us with confidence from the start. Andrew's Quote was brilliant value. One large well known local company quoted silly prices and wanted to move us over three days on the Bank holiday weekend! Andrews of Kent moved us in one day with no fuss and bother. Glyn, Frank and Elliot who helped move us on the day were brilliant. We felt very comfortable with them all and they were respectful and helpful throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was packed and unpacked carefully and those fragile items were wrapped in quilt and polythene to give added protection. The lads talked us through the process as it unfolded and were patient when we encountered delays getting into the new property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. In fact I've already recommended them to several people! Well done to all involved, we really appreciated everything you did for us.

The team from booking to removal day were helpful and efficient with everything taking place as planned and on time. My contents were handled with care by Tommy and Elliot and the items they needed to pack also treated with care. I feel I had value for the price quoted.

We had a big move, over three days. There was a lot of outside furniture/equipment and storage/sheds etc to move as well. The staff were fantastic - totally professional, extremely hard working, never complained, kept consistently cheerful, helpful and positive the whole time even though there seemed to be a never ending amount to move. Frank led the whole process, was there for the whole three days and could not be faulted - he was a real credit to the firm, everything was organised efficiently and we have never seen anyone work so hard! We were very satisfied with the service and very grateful that the move was completed with such positivity.

We found Andrews of Kent through our very trusted Which membership and then heard someone near us had used them too! The quote was quick and competitive and the Removal Team (Rhys, Frank & Elliot) on the day, we’re very presentable and more importantly we felt very comfortable around them. They even moved my beloved Peony in a very awkward plant pot for me. We did have a small problem of the main van not being quite big enough but it was soon sorted with another van & crew being called in to take our excess belongings. The whole service from start to finish was professional and friendly. We absolutely would recommend them and use them ourselves, should we ever move again!

From the original assessment to the door closing on the day of my move, Andrews of Kent operated professionally, needing very little guidance regarding where items should be placed etc. and offered a light hearted humour too, which made the whole stressful experience so much calmer. My mother is 86 and moving after 37 years so it was always going to be a challenge. Tommy David and Frank were brilliant. Punctual, efficient, nothing too much trouble. Move accomplished by 3pm. Well done guys!

David and his team made what could have been a very very stressful time as much of an enjoyable experience as it could be. Always happy and professional throughout the whole process. Amazing packing had a lot of very fragile China paintings mirrors and antique furniture moved from Kent to Copenhagen all arrived in perfect condition without any breakages at all, would highly recommend Andrews

We had a removal booked with another company but as our completion date changed at short notice, we were very lucky that Andrews were able to fit us in. Cara at the desk sorted out two different dates and staff to move us, as the date changed for a second time. She was really helpful during a very stressful time. Andy and his team were fantastic on the day, throughout the torrential rain too. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very happy that we chose Andrews.

We moved from Canterbury to Gloucester in September 2021. Andrews removals were excellent in packing and removing twenty-seven years of stuff we had accumulated to our new home. The company was professional and friendly during this stressful time and the two removers they allocated to us carried out the packing and removing without fuss and with a great deal of expertise. We would recommend Andrews very highly and would certainly use them again if the need arose.

Our move sent swimmingly thanks to Andrews. They packed up the house in Sandwich after we had already moved and arrived the next day with everything in clearly labelled boxes, all there, and nothing broken. They worked tirelessly to unload everything into the rooms where we wanted things and were incredibly helpful and professional. I recommend them to everyone!

I moved from a third floor flat with no lift, the weather was very warm, clearly the guys were suffering with the heat but I always felt assured my belongings were their priority. I have finished unpacking now and there was no breakages or damage. I fully recommend using local companies and that is why I choose this one. Thanks.

My original removal people let me down and Andrews literally saved the day. The move took two days and I prepacked and boxed a lot of stuff. The three guys were excellent, non stop, nothing too much trouble, couldn’t have had better. I’m hard to please so it’s not faint praise, for example the guy who came round to confirm the estimate has a standing invitation to my funeral, he’ll set the tone well, miserable, moany and flagging up formalities and issues, don’t be put off folks, the rest of the office staff are cheerful and helpful. I won’t be moving again, age and health reasons, but if I were, Andrews would honestly be very hard to beat. Price wise they’re pretty much same as too.

A lovely family-type company where every person we came into contact with was friendly and polite. Very happy to recommend them anytime.

Andrews of Kent provided an excellent service from start to finish. I initially contacted Cara who was very helpful and guided me through the process of estimations so a price quote could be provided. Cara was professional and polite throughout the process and was able to answer all my questions. On the day of moving, Dave and Declan arrived and were also very polite and professional, they took great care of my belongings and were very diligent throughout the process. Highly recommended.

I have used Andrew’s twice, once for a local move and once for a move to London. Both times they provided an efficient, secure, friendly and flexible service. The girls in the office were always available to help me out with any queries. Selling completely adequate, second-hand, cost effective packing boxes was a boon. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My parents moved from Kent to Scotland. They are in their late 70's and the move was driven by health issues. The removal gents were very hard working and very helpful and friendly. We learnt all about the snakes and other exotic animals that one gent had! There were no complaints about all of the items and their speedy professional work, ensured that everything was done within a day, allowing my father and I to return to London by car at a reasonable time. Thank you! When the items were unloaded, we discovered that a fan had been broken, we were reimbursed some amount for this and the money was given back to us very quickly
