Fully uniformed and courteous they are on hand to provide you with the best possible service to ensure your move is as smooth and stress free as possible. All staff at Andrews of Kent (Assessor, receptionists, removal team) were polite, professional and friendly. Particularly liked the way they all shook hands with us at the end of the day. A 2nd team arrived to help out as we had had a delay getting keys, they were also as efficient as 1st team.

In spite of the mammoth delay we had, the guys were patient and cheerful. They loaded quick, and efficiently, arriving at the specified time. Had to wait the entire day with the van & even at the late unloading time, called in reinforcements to help us. We were so grateful for their help.

Arrived promptly and immediately organised removal of boxes. Listened to particular needs and reassured us they could be easily sorted. Very polite and efficient.
