First annual maintenance of Worcester Bosch gas central heating boiler. I have used Andy Gas for a few years now. Always helpful. Engineer was Sam. Polite, understanding, answered our questions.

An excellent job carried out by a professional team with little fuss or inconvenience. Each stage and procedure clearly explained. A quick response to our problem, cost as quoted and completed promptly. On completion everything left neat and tidy.

I have been using Andy Gas to service my boiler for years. They are always efficient and helpful, that’s everyone in the admin team and my regular engineer Sam who is experienced and knowledgeable, a very clean and tidy worker. He also takes care to ensure I understand what I need to know about my boiler. Good value for the excellent work they do.

Annual boiler service. Andy Gas are polite and efficient arranging appointments. I was late getting back for my appointment, the engineer was happy to wait (10 mins) for me to return. Very friendly and efficient. Explained everything they had done. Clean and tidy, no mess at all. Checked boiler was off before leaving as a very hot day when they serviced it. Excellent reliable company.

Ryan came to service our Ideal boiler. Polite, professional and courteous. Moved straight into performing the service on the boiler. Completed an inspection form as he went and also checked all the radiators at the end and bled. Good clean worker and will be using them again from now on. Super happy to have a trusted company after my last plumber retired!

Andy Gas usually does an excellent job of looking after our gas central heating system. This was the first time they had done any bathroom work for us, which involved replacing a dodgy loo seat and dealing with leaking problems in both our two showers. All completed on time to an excellent standard. We highly recommend them.

Andy Gas Southern were identified using Which? Trusted Traders. The meeting to discuss the replacement of the gas boiler was detailed and explored all the different options available. It was agreed for a replacement gas boiler and replacement of pipework from the gas meter to the property. The work was undertaken by a team of four who worked consistently and problem-solved the difficulties of the job. The team were very polite, professional and were excellent in their communications to me as a slightly anxious customer. The work was completed in a timely way and to a very high standard. Installation of Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 central heating boiler, power flush, plus new radiator and heated towel rail. The work was done on very cold days 6/7 of January as planned. Price as quoted. I have been a customer of AGS for a number of years - they have maintained my previous boiler Vaillant boiler every year from 2016. The work was done to a very high standard and involved a team of 5 over the two days. Everything good. A brief follow-up visit was required to help resolve a remote WiFi thermostat issue.

Having had AGS Southern Ltd service my combi boiler annually over 10 years I had no hesitation in getting them to replace it when it started to fail. I was given sound advice on the best system to use, that based on their experience would give the very best end-user performance and service. The replacement from start to finish took only two days. Euan supported by Bryn had the new boiler installed and working within one day and Euan completed the work the next day. He was unfailingly polite, kept me fully informed and answered all my questions. A real credit to AGS.

The team have always been very good. We use the service every year for servicing and also fitting our new boiler 2 years ago. This includes from booking the call out to finishing the work. I had a new boiler fitted to replace a very old one (my original was behind the fireplace), from Andy gas coming out to inspect & tell me my options, I was happy with the advice given, I could have a repair or replacement, there was a lot of work involved as I was having it placed in a bedroom cupboard, from pipes to drainage etc, I was very happy with the lads, they worked quietly, tidily & were polite, I would definitely recommend this company.
