I use this company for annual servicing and recently they also installed a new shower. On that occasion I asked about installing a vertical radiator. They gave me a quote and I booked an installation date. They were punctual, tidy, polite and efficient. All sorted in 2 hours and I am delighted. Quote was stuck to and I would not hesitate to use them again . Always pleasant and helpful from the admin staff to the technicians.

Great service from the team at AGS. Removal of old gas hob and replacement with a new one. It was a slightly tricky job as we didn't know where the electrics were, but the installation team dealt with everything. Everything was tested and they even ensured our combi boiler was working prior to leaving. Would highly recommend. Friendly and polite team and reasonably priced as well. They even disposed of the old hob which was an unexpected bonus.

Following the initial survey, AGS provided a competitive quote and early installation date. The polite, friendly team arrived exactly on time and worked all day in very hot conditions to complete the Aircon installation. Mess was minimal and cleaned up as soon as it was created with a final clear up on completion. Once installed and tested, I was given a clear and comprehensive demonstration on how to use the various controls. I have no hesitation in recommending AGS as a trusted trader and have now booked them to install a new power shower.

Brilliant service fitted us in straight away at really short notice . The gentleman that fixed our problem (broken shower ) was great friendly and knowledgeable as with all of the staff at Andy Gas . I have and will happily recommend them to everyone.

My past experience has shown this organisation to be totally reliable. The 3A fuse to my boiler had blown twice over a few days and the boiler had come on when not programmed to do so. I needed the problem to be fixed very quickly. Within the tight timeframe, AGS reacted quickly, identified probable issue down to faulty programmer and installed a replacement on the same day to my relief. This is excellent service.

They removed the old boiler and fitted the new one, all of which was done very professionally. All the old and unused materials were taken away for disposal. Once everything was checked and tested they hoovered and cleaned up. We also found the office staff really helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again.

This was the 2nd time we've used Andy gas in Dec we had them fit a new boiler, shower and radiators, last week they came and froze our water pipes to fit new stopcock, efficient, knowledable, pleasant and left the place clean. I would certainly use them again if the occasion arose. A brilliantt service.

With just a few days to go to our holiday, our central heating chose perfect timing to play up. The radiators would not switch off when our 'smart' thermostat told them to. The temporary measure we chose, to deal with the situation by turning the boiler temp down to a minimum, resulted in no hot water. No surprise there really! Andy Gas managed to squeeze a quick engineer visit into their schedule and their engineer, Sam, very soon had the situation under control by diagnosing and dealing with a diverter valve issue. Sam explained what he had done and, after fully checking all aspects of the system's operation, gave us helpful advice on how to make sure there wouldn't be a problem with the system while we were away. Andy Gas have been servicing our central heating system meticulously for several years now, and I think we'll be sticking with them.

I have been using AGS for over 25 years and their standard is as good now as it was then and that’s excellent.

Prompt response for boiler fault for elderly relative. Connor and his colleague arrived at precise time of appointment. The fault was identified which required a replacement part. They checked availability and cost of part and made boiler safe. Office kept me informed and arranged convenient time for the fitting. Would certainly recommend from my experience.

First annual maintenance of Worcester Bosch gas central heating boiler. I have used Andy Gas for a few years now. Always helpful. Engineer was Sam. Polite, understanding, answered our questions.

Can't recommend this company enough. A quick response to my initial email requesting an appointment. Very helpful. On the day Connor and Harry turned up on time and were very professional and polite. Very efficient service from arranging to view the job, to sending the estimate & booking in the work. The fitters were polite & kept me informed of the progress of the work. They were very respectful of my home and tidied up at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Annual boiler service. Andy Gas are polite and efficient arranging appointments. I was late getting back for my appointment, the engineer was happy to wait (10 mins) for me to return. Very friendly and efficient. Explained everything they had done. Clean and tidy, no mess at all. Checked boiler was off before leaving as a very hot day when they serviced it. Excellent reliable company.

Ryan came to service our Ideal boiler. Polite, professional and courteous. Moved straight into performing the service on the boiler. Completed an inspection form as he went and also checked all the radiators at the end and bled. Good clean worker and will be using them again from now on. Super happy to have a trusted company after my last plumber retired!

Andy Gas usually does an excellent job of looking after our gas central heating system. This was the first time they had done any bathroom work for us, which involved replacing a dodgy loo seat and dealing with leaking problems in both our two showers. All completed on time to an excellent standard. We highly recommend them.

I can't fault Andy Gas Southern, from booking an appointment to completion of work. The engineers are professional, polite, very knowledgeable and take time to explain things. They do the job thoroughly and I have every faith in them. As a bonus, their charges are reasonable, which really helps!
