Most, but not all of our TV sets were failing to receive all possible TV channels. We suspected an aerial fault, possibly an amplifier. We found this company on Which?, and got an appointment within 3 days of calling. The person taking the call was friendly and helpful. On the day, John arrived within the time frame specified. He spent 2 hours on the problem, carefully eliminating each possibility and happily climbing into attic space and scanning the outside walls to try and find the elusive amp box. Turned out that there wasn't one, but the splitter was wearing out. Also the cable to one of the TV sets. Both replaced, total cost £110 for 2 hours work and parts. This was very reasonable, and the service was friendly, helpful and highly professional. This company's card is firmly in our address book of useful tradespeople and we highly recommend them. We have a complex UHF and satellite installation at home. We needed to adjust the satellite system and resolve a difficult problem on the UHF FreeView system which affected two rooms, two PVRs and our main TV. John turned up promptly within two days. He had the system analysed and fixed within two hours. This involved replacing an 8-output distribution amplifier and taking down a redundant Hotbird dish. John was very well equipped with the latest test meters. It was so good to meet a professional engineer. Reasonable price too. Wee done John!

John turned up at the appointed hour, quickly saw that the internal wiring was connected to an unused satellite dish, erected a UHF antenna on the chimney, connected it to the internal wiring and nursed the television set into making an auto scan. For some reason, it wasn't co-operating, so John selected the channels manually. The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently, with the added plus that John is an extremely nice person. Full marks!!

John arrived on time, he examined the aerials and wires going to our aerials to find the source of the problem, gave us a quote for the work he was going to do and explained everything too. When he had finished the job the work carried out was very tidy and all problems have been sorted.

John firstly came to inspect our situation and put forward several different options to us, including what he thought was the best way forward to address our tv aerial situation. He then came promptly at the time agree, did all the work, was extremely friendly and courteous and did a fantastic job. Even after the work was complete, we had a minor issue - he promptly came later on that same day, examined everything, and it turned out the issue was our own internal cable, which he replaced with no additional charge. Everything works great now and I would highly recommend John. His prices were competitive and his work exemplary.

I recommend this company highly. They arrived promptly and assessed the problem quickly. They installed a new digital TV aerial on the roof and connected the wiring, carefully checking the connection. They even tuned the TVs so we can watch high definition television for the first time. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

I'd been having trouble getting a reliable signal from my Freeview box. It came and went at random. I assumed it was the arial and made an appointment with Antennaline. John arrived on time, checked and tested everything finding the culprit was my receiving box. He helped me choose an appropriate new one which I purchased the following day. He also gave me instructions on how to install it. Much needed and appreciated as I am hopeless with technology! John is a delightful person very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. When I lost my TV signal I phoned 2 companies the first wanted £90 to cross my doorstep before doing anything, the second didn't turn up and then claimed he had phoned me. John however turned up the next day and gave me a free estimate He then said if I wanted he could fix the problem immediately and within 40 minutes had fitted a new EU approved Aerial(I just hope it doesn't stop working on 31st October) and now have better terrestrial TV reception than SKY. A Gentleman and a pleasure to do business with and Highly recommended.

I phoned and spoke to a person not a machine. I was given an appointment between 12 and 2 the next day, a Saturday. The installer arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem and installed a new aerial. First class service.
