We heard about AP Kitchen Solutions from a friend. We contacted the owner and he visited and discussed our need to refurbish our kitchen. He took detailed measurements and agreed to use any existing cabinets to reduce the cost. He also agreed to knock through into our garage to allow for easy access to our larder fridge and freezer. He also agreed to move our washing machine and plumb it into the garage. Most of the work was completed in 2 weeks and we found the result to be very satisfactory.

We had our kitchen totally replaced and nothing was too much trouble for the team. They arrived promptly each day as arranged and we were kept fully informed as to progress and works being undertaken. The works comprised not only replacing the kitchen - island unit, sink, cupboards and appliances, but replacing the ceiling to accommodate new lighting and wiring. Any issues that arose were dealt with professionally and promptly and all works were completed to an extremely high standard. We are delighted with the finished article and would have no hesitation in recommending them for any Kitchen replacement or refurbishment work - they are excellent.

Adam Porter and Sean from AP Kitchens conducted site visits to discuss and advise on a replacement layout, electrical and plumbing requirements and provided a plan with costings. They were happy to revise the plans and costings when we reconsidered the layout and lent us samples to aid our final selection. The team arrived on the date expected and the fitters, electricians and worktop supplier worked considerately with us and each other. The work was delivered to a high standard and we are delighted with our new kitchen. AP Kitchens was recommended to us and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Refurbishment of kitchen: replaced cupboard doors, drawer fronts and side panels, pelmets and plinths; new oven and hob fitted; new worktops; new sink; replaced pull out spice rack and fitted bins unit; fitted glass splashback; electrical works and decorating.

We had designers and quotes from large/multiple kitchen companies, none of them inspired us with confidence or provided inspired designs or ones that were adaptable to our desires, we saw this local company and thought we would give it a go, from the off we felt at ease and comfortable in throwing ideas around both for design/layout and colours. Nothing was too much trouble, we went through many different designs until we were happy, at no point were we pressured or rushed into making decisions. Our final design was only possible by the company making bespoke units and colours, none of these options were available from the major multiples, and it is these different touches that are the most talked about points of the kitchen making it feel different and special. During the design process we were able to be open and honest as such able to tap into the experience in the company maximising the result. The fitting was by a set team and the plastering/electrics/plumbing were all handled by the company making the flow of works seamless, each night during the fitting we would have a chat or text conversation making sure we were happy with the progress/works completed all tradesmen exceeded our expectations compared to some previous experiences. Nearly a year later we have had no issues with any of the works completed. This was all completed at a very completive price.
