APD installed a Worcester 8000 boiler for us. Everything ran smoothly from initial inspection of existing set up to completion of new boiler installation. V competitive on pricing too. One call and Tony visited the same day to advise on requirements. Quote emailed over the next morning. On day of fit, Tony and his team arrived on time and did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. The new pipework is just fantastic. Cleaned everything up properly too when the job was done. Excellent aftercare too: just had a follow-up call from Tony to check everything's working OK. Can't beat that. We'll get them back to service the boiler and do any further plumbing we need. Found APD on this site based on excellent reviews. They've earned another. Cheers guys.

Tony and his team completed a full bathroom installation to a very high standard. They tailored the quote making recommendations and providing options for us. They turned on time, cleaned up at the end of every day and completed the work in 10 days. The workmanship was excellent and we are very happy with the finished bathroom.

We recently had a new Worcester Boiler installed by this excellent family firm. Tony came out to give us a quote and it was clear from the offset we were dealing with someone who knew what he was talking about. He was very friendly, professional and most informative. Tony and his sons arrived on time to carry out the work as promised. Everything was done to a very high standard with particular attention to detail. Also, on completion, Sean clearly explained how to operate the boiler etc. My home was left clean and tidy on completion (they even washed their tea cups!) Tony came out to quote for our small simple en suite desperately in need of bringing up to date. We had received a number of quotes, all outlandish and when Tony arrived he was just full of positivity and and great ideas, what we loved is that he wanted to do what was best for the long term whilst delivering what my wife & I wanted. His quote was reasonable and completely transparent with no pressure. Work started and the parts of the house used to access the en suite were completely protected and then at the end of each work day the house was left spotless ( fantastic especially as we have a toddler running around ). For each part of the job which was a total rip out and re fit there was a dedicated specialist, i.e. Tyler, joiner so on and so forth not just someone who does a bit of this and that. At all times we were updated and never pressured. It was clear to see that the only thing of importance was that we were getting the result we wanted. The final result is perfect, everything we wanted we now have and the products used are of the very finest quality there was nothing too much trouble and no corners cut just a truly honest and professional job, we could not be happier! Thank you so much Tony and all of the guys who helped pull the job together in a timely fashion with fantastic results!

I needed a new boiler and bathroom and was a bit unsure of how to move forward. From the first visit Tony was helpful, professional and honest. Answered all my questions and helped me to maximise the potential of the bathroom. When job was completed it was done in the given time frame and to a high standard. Everyone who worked on the job was polite and kept me updated on what was happening. I have already asked them to do more work and have recommended them.

I have used AP Dwerryhouse on a number of occasions and It has always proved to be an excellent service and outcome all round. Recently Tony and the Team fitted a much needed new walk in shower and bathroom makeover for me. Due to illness I was not able to source any appliances and tiles etc myself. APD installed a boiler for me. Tony came to my house to give me a quote on a like-for-like swap, I was seeking an opinion on the Greenstar line of the Worcester-Bosch. Tony talked me through the different models, he also gave me a brochure with information on the new Lifestyle but he was not pushing to sell a particular model. He also talked me through the accessories and the length of warranties. He gave me a quote for each one of the possibilities we had discussed so that I could make an informed decision. When I decided on the one I wanted installed, Tony confirmed that they would be coming on Monday at 8:30. On Monday, at exactly the time given APD team showed up at my house, started prepping for the work and started working smoothly. The job was carried out professionally and rapidly, even when we discovered that the thermostat was not working, Tony went out to buy a replacement so that everything could be completed. Throughout the installation and at the end, the work area was kept as tidy as possible and cleaned afterwards. Tony talked me through the documents, the warranty, the work they had done. Customer care is excellent, I received confirmation of the warranty registration, confirmation of the paid invoice, etc. straight away. I have already asked them to take care of the annual boiler service.

APD Heating fitted a boiler for us... We were so happy with the service that we asked them to come back and fit a new bathroom. Tony and Sean are very professional, reliable and approachable. They turn up on time and work hard to get the job completed in the quoted time, which they did. The bathroom was taken back to the brick and completely redesigned, we couldn’t be happier with the end result. They were a pleasure to have in the house and I’d definitely use them again.

AP Dwerryhouse installed a new Worcester 25i boiler for my house. Firstly arrived on time to see what options I could take and also left a new brochure which included more detail for Worcester products. Received a text and email on the same day with price for work to be done. After agreeing to go ahead the boiler was fitted the same week. Old boiler was taken away and cleaned up after completion. Received a call the day after to see if everything was running smoothly. Highly professional Punctual and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

This firm fitted a new bathroom and toilet for us. Their work was first class, reasonably priced and done to schedule. We used their recommended equipment supplier but could have gone to any of our choice. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Looked to replace a cylinder/system boiler with a suitable combi boiler and received a no. of quotes including from ADP. Having reviewed the quotes and the alternative systems proposed, decided to proceed with ADP. Had the works done this week and extremely pleased with the install. They arrived on time , stripped out the old system, reconfigured the pipework to suit the new boiler and completed the installation . The work was completed and system tested. The system controls and settings were explained and areas tidied on completion. Communication and workmanship was first rate and would have no hesitation in using them again.

APD heating removed my old freestanding boiler from under the stairs, drained tanks, and installed new Worcester Greenstar 30i boiler in new bathroom location. Run new copper gas pipe, fit flue and converted system to Combi all within time specified and price agreed. APD heating were punctual and professional, clean and tidy. Boys were friendly, and kept me informed of progress throughout, helped set up remote control for boiler, all certificates emailed promptly. 2 courtesy aftercare calls received. Service provided was good value for money. Happy customer.

After reading many Which? reviews I rang Tony to ask for advice on the possible cost of installing a full gas central heating system in our 1930’s house plus extension. He gave the advice happily and without any sales pitch and no follow up calls. After several weeks I rang again to ask for a quote. Tony visited to measure up and explain things to us and answered our questions. He said the job would take 3 days maximum and that’s exactly how long it took!! He also visited the week before installation with a sample radiator to solve a query I had rang him about. We cannot praise Tony and his son Sean highly enough for the work they put in over the three days – they turned up on time, only stopped for a couple of 5 minute tea breaks and a short lunch break, left the house tidy at end of day’s work and took all of the rubbish away each day that was generated by the job. They needed to install several very long lengths of pipework through our extension and kitchen and this has been done very neatly indeed. We highly recommend A P Dwerryhouse.

I phoned Tony and told him of our need to have the boiler replaced. He came , saw and delivered. There is no question about who's the best, he and his son where the right people to have. They where here on time, diligently did the work, whilst explaining what they where doing, and why. A excellent job and top marks from myself and my wife on how they approached the job. Would recommend them for all your heating needs.

I had new boiler fitted today by APD, I cannot express how excellent the service was from start to finish, two truly amazing guys who I would willingly recommend.

Got details of APD from google, they where close to my house so it was ideal. Phoned and spoke to Tony who couldn’t have been anymore helpful, I explained the problem and he came out to inspect, I needed a new boiler. Had a Worcester 30. I fitted and I can honestly say it’s been great, Tony and his son are exceptional workers and really clean and tidy once finished, you will get a follow call or text to check everything is in working order, great service and genuine guys, really excellent. Thanks lads.

Tony was booked up for 2 weeks+ but due to a bathroom he was doing being tiled he was able to actively solve my problem in a few days. Price didn't change from quote, house was left spotless, professional job and very efficient. If you want your job to be done professionally and in the correct way call Tony.

First class job by Tony and his team, prompt, punctual, spotlessly clean and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble and every aspect explained from start to finish and we were left with a beautifully fitted bathroom. Arrived on time and set about changing the boiler straight away. Tony and Shaun did an excellent job, explained the new boiler, changed all the old thermostatic radiator valves and had the job finished in about 3 and a half hours! Cleaned up and removed all the old boiler etc. Very highly recommended!
