Matt was recommended to us from a friend when our boiler had broken. He came the same day and was very professional and personable. He gave me a price to repair the old boiler and to fit a new one. We decided to have a new Vailant EcoTec Plus boiler fitted. Matt came the next working day and fitted the new boiler. The overall experience was great- competative price, reliable, professional and neet and tidy job. Matt's apprentice Freddie was also very professional and polite. There were no extra costs and a 10 year Vailant guarantee too!! I would highly recommend APE Heating.

Matt was a recommendation from a local Facebook group and the first I called. He answered immediately and from the start, created a strong impression, listened well to what I said (which he later recalled well) and we set up an appointment. It was only a boiler service, but Matt and his young apprentice impressed me. Cheerful, engaging and honest, they create confidence in what they are doing. They went about their business efficiently and are clean workers. I had some additional questions/issues that Matt addressed willingly, which will lead to some additional work that I will gladly give them. The price I paid was what we agreed on the phone, and I think it was very reasonable. The follow-up billing and paperwork was very clear and efficient

Our old combi boiler and flue needed replacing. Starting as he would continue,Matt came around at a time convenient for us, and quickly and professionally fully assessed our needs and ran through the possible replacement solutions, costs, and the pros and cons. Having agreed which new boiler, Matt provided a quote and timings for the job, and provided a few alternative dates so we were able to get the work done at the most convenient time for us. Come the job time, Matt and his apprentice Freddie, completed the job to time and budget, always in a friendly, considerate and professional manner, and cleaning up after themselves. Matt was always happy to spend time talking through the new boiler and patiently answering my questions. We haven't had any issues with the new boiler, and would heartily recommend Matt to anyone needing help with their boiler.

Easy to Contact to arrange the boiler service. Very friendly professional men who did the service. Thorough, provided photos and videos of what they found etc. very reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

After having issues with our 12-year-old boiler, which left us with no heating, Matt and his team tried to fix it, explained the problems clearly, and it became obvious that a new boiler was needed. Matt then completed the install with excellent communication all the way through, returning a number of times to ensure everything was finished and working correctly. Matt, has been servicing my boiler for over 2 years now and also fixing it when problems arrive. He is always honest on his appraisal of the problems and happy to discuss the detail of the problem. This time he fixed a part and serviced my boiler at the same time. The work was done very quickly and ther hasn't been a problem since.

Matt carried out the annual service on our Vaillant combi boiler ( having installed it 2 years ago ). He was punctual, professional, and friendly. We have always found Matt to be polite, courteous, and a good communicator. He takes pride in his work and does a thorough job.
