I have used APE for years. Matt is very helpful and familiar with the plumbing/heating set up on my development. Nothing is too much trouble for him and I know I can expect a first class service. Matt will always go the extra mile to make sure his clients are 100% happy and his charges are very reasonable. Very happy to recommend.

Great service. Knew their business very well and delivered what they promised. Would recommend highly.

+ Matt and team installed a new Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 826 KW boiler and performed the external flue installation (3rd floor, so via use of a cherry picker). + An onsite inspection was performed followed by a detailed quote. + Constant contact delivering quality throughout, at the scheduled time and at the budget which was set. + Highly professional and easy to contact to ask questions with a customer-first flexible approach. + Consideration always made to meet any customer requirement, especially given using the property for home working and Matt and team were able to work around my online meetings. + Communication has been excellent throughout, from on-site review, quote, installation, overview of features, through to registration tasks. + Highly recommended.

We had a problem that was unusual in my experience in that the lead motorised value on the heating system in the house failed occasionally. This resulted in the boiler turning off and in this case considerable damage caused to the property due to frozen pipework. APE Heating were instructed to replace both the valves on the boiler system which they did efficiently, as instructed and at a fair price. We will not hesitate in using this company again.

Matt carried out a boiler service for us. Great customer service and great value. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish, APE Heating demonstrated professionalism and expertise, ensuring everything was done to a high standard. Right from the initial conversation, they took the time to assess my heating needs and recommend the most suitable boiler for my home. Their knowledge and understanding of heating systems were evident, and I felt confident in the recommendations. The installation process itself was clean and seamless. The engineer arrived promptly as scheduled and worked diligently to complete the installation efficiently. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail, they took the time to explain the features of the new system and provided clear instructions on its operation. Not only did APE Heating deliver a top-notch installation service, but they also went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction. The post-installation follow-up calls demonstrated commitment to customer care, as they checked in to ensure the boiler was functioning well and addressed some additional questions I had. In conclusion, I highly recommend APE Heating for any heating-related services. I am delighted with the new boiler and grateful for the outstanding service provided.

Matt Shaw was very efficient in installing a new boiler, helping me get the best deal and even price matching. He was efficient and we have full confidence in him. He’s a cheery chap full of smiles too! Thorough recommended!
