We were referred to Apex Doma by a friend when we needed some electrical work doing. I contacted them by telephone and they promptly replied and we arranged for Ian to come and take a look and advise on what was required to solve the problem and to quote to fit a new security light and replace two noisy bathroom extractor fans. They quoted with in two days and we paid the required deposit the same day i think and they told us that two of their technicians would arrive on the 26th January to do the job. We had been suffering for a few years with a build up of earth leakage leading to fairly frequent tripping of the main fuse once the build up went higher than 30 amps. They advised fitting a new and improved fuse box so that individual circuits would trip out rather than the whole board. They duly arrived at the appointed hour on the appointed day and completed the work quickly and efficiently without leaving a mess. The two technicians that arrived were polite, friendly and didn't stop working until the job was complete in a quicker time than expected. Ian came back to check on a problem caused by me - I had tidied up some wires but put them back incorrectly and my car wouldn't charge! He found the problem and put it right. I would wholeheartedly recommend Apex Doma to anybody. I gather that they do not just provide electrical services and have asked them to quote for some joinery we would like doing - I am sure that they will be just as good as our first experience.

Remedial work recommended and comprehensive explanation given at every stage. Quality materials used and at competitive prices. Never oversold and only essential / agreed work carried out. What sets AD apart from their competition is the customer service, automation and you’re always kept informed with appointments and progress. Highly recommend for both comprehensive commercial work and domestic work too. We were given lots of advice and were supported by AD following a site fire - they offered to be a point of contact and provided professional reports at no additional cost. Their employees are all polite and courteous and have great customer service too.

What I liked most about this company was the fact they broke up the quote to a per job scenario. This allowed me to schedule the jobs and know how to proceed. The work they did was ace and did a few extra things and did not charge me. They are a keeper.

A few months ago we sought advice on improving the lighting in our kitchen. Ian called and discussed our requirements and provided a recommendation and a quote which we accepted. The work was carried out as agreed and on time and we are delighted with the result. We therefore asked for a further quote for additional work in the lounge and garage. Again it was all done very professionally on time. Their administration and control systems are brilliant and far superior to any we have previously experienced elsewhere. Their services are highly recommended.

We have used AD electrical on a number of occasions and would not go anywhere else. Great service and tidy. Ian came round to quote and then Adam and Sam came to do the installation of new outside lights and security cameras. They have a great system that emails and texts you of booking times, reminders and then even lets you know when they are en-route. Great company.

I just needed a utility room light refitting after some work completed on my house. I called and was assigned a day on which an electrician would come and give me a quote a few days later. Very polite and friendly on the phone. The electrician arrived and after completing a fault finding exercise, he decided to complete the work there and then rather than issue a quote and come back a week later to carry it out. It took him no more than 10 minutes to fit. Lovely chap, who explained exactly what he was doing throughout as well as giving me the price prior to completing the work. Not the cheapest, but by no means the most expensive and given the customer service and aftercare I will definitely be using AD again. Highly recommended.

Ian was a great help, he instructed me over the phone with how to disable my alarm so he wouldn't have to send anyone out. He was patient and friendly and I'll definitely be calling him again for any issues I have! Thanks Ian!

A D Electrical were recommended to us by a neighbour - we had a couple of jobs to be done - a few small household ones and a bigger job outside. They responded quickly to the request for a quote, turned up on time, the jobs came in on budget and tidied up after themselves. They even returned to 'fix' a small problem (that embarrassingly ended up being our mistake - oops!). These lovely guys are now our 'go to' electricians and we highly recommend them!
