Our experience with APG was very good. We contacted their efficient office staff who arranged a visit by Howard who assessed our needs, gave us very good advice about fitting a shower & screen in our bathroom along with extending tiling on the bathside wall to match what was there. Their quotation wasn’t cheap but neither was the finished product after Callum & colleagues had installed it all. We’re very happy with a wonderful job, which - after a final tweak to finish off the seals around the bath - has more than fulfilled our expectations. We’d certainly return for any further work we need doing - thanks, APG!

I booked my boiler in for an annual service (Which I have to admit due to illness had not been done for about 3 years) with Mel who gave me a date and time slot which was about 10 days off. Steve arrived and proceeded to carry out the service during which a leaking automatic air valve had to be changed as it was leaking, the ignitors needed replacing with upgraded units as combustion gases were escaping and then the flue was noticed to be in a corroded state which if it was not replaced meant the boiler had to be turned off until it was replaced and it was the one item Steve did not have with him. However he phoned around and located a new flue which was delivered to him and fitted. When all this work was completed it was well into the evening and past a normal finishing time. All I can say is that I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing, heating or electrical work carrying out they go the extra mile for their customers.

This firm is excellent to deal with, no problem too small. They have completed small plumbing works for me efficiently and at reasonable cost. We have just had a new boiler fitted by them. They arrived on time, were very efficient and pleasant. They can be relied upon to do an excellent job and always complete the work to a high standard. This includes the brick work required when holes are knocked into outside walls. We could not recommend them more highly.

APG have recently refitted our downstairs toilet - only a small room but required a lot of work (moving of pipes, raising of floor, insulation, etc). We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Steve the fitter. Everything was done to a very high standard, with meticulous attention to detail. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I cannot praise this company enough. They do a good job and leave no mess. They are very competent and efficient and the fitters are very pleasant to deal with as are the Reception Staff. They replaced the old waste pipe over the conservatory roof with no problem and took away all the old parts. The fitters are very punctual and carried out the job in spite of very heavy rain showers. This company also replaced our boiler in November 2018 with the same good workmanship, which is why we booked them again. I would recommend them 100%.

Decided to get a new boiler rather than keep replacing parts that kept breaking. A quote came through the same day. We thought the quote was very reasonable so we went ahead with it. Great service, all fitted in one day, no mess left and a full explanation on how everything works. We have used this firm a few times now and would definitely recommend. They always turn up on time and usually have the parts on them to fix. Always happy with the service.

When I was told by my previous central heating maintenance company that my boiler would soon need replacing I asked them to quote. The quote was higher than I had expected and I was not really happy with their service. I therefore sought a local dealer through Which?. I am glad I did and cannot fault APG in any way.

Been with APG since 2016 and have the Gold policy - superb value. Today had the annual boiler test with Steve Humphreys. We were kept informed of a slight delay due to an overrunning earlier job by a member of the office team - excellent customer service. Steve was apologetic on arrival which was appreciated but not necessary. He was incredibly pleasant and professional. We really felt he cared and as a customer the level of respect shown by him was something that many contractors lack - thank you. He explained things and did not rush the job at all but has excellent time management. He cleaned fully up too. I would recommend Steve to do a top quality job and with a fantastic personality to go with it! APG are a fantastic team which we have used for plumbing too. If you want a job doing professionally and by a trust worthy company then choose APG.

A fast service from order to installation. Very pleasant heating engineers, clean and tidy workers. I felt comfortable with them in my home. Full instructions given on all aspects of using the new boiler. They also programmed the WiFi controller for me. On leaving told me don’t hesitate to ring the office if further help needed.

I recently refurbished 3 bathrooms at my home. Steve & Leo were the fitters and were extremely pleasant, clean & tidy. The work was completed on time to budget. Both guys displayed great attention to detail. The job took just over 5 weeks and throughout the period they were friendly and punctual. We chose APG because they were able to carry out all the necessary, plumbing, tiling & electrical installations themselves. Most importantly the final product is exactly what we wanted. Invoices were received after each stage as agreed. We are delighted with our new bathrooms and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. All in all an enjoyable experience.

This is the third time APG have fitted bathroom products at our house in 18 months. They are very professional and extremely tidy. The fitting of our new cloakroom is faultless. Was consulted at every stage of the fit.

We upgraded our existing heating system with a new combi-boiler - removing the existing water tanks and re-piping radiators. During an initial consultation they established our requirements, and discussed alternative solutions - explaining the pro & cons of each alternative before giving us comparative quotes. From quotation to installation took 3 weeks - and the installation was completed in three working days with two guys on-site. A good professional service - delivers what they promise.
