Welcome to APG Domestic Services Ltd. We have been providing reliable heating, plumbing and electrical services for over 22 years for customers in Lancashire.

After Christian of APG had done such a great job with my electrics, I got quotes for the provision and installation of a new combi boiler. Again APG were not quite the cheapest - a one man band was - however some of the quotes I received were again extortionate. I was very impressed by the professionalism and approach of APG in quoting for the work. Yet again they did not let me down. They were reliable and punctual. The engineer Liam arrived and worked hard and tidily, explaining everything to me as he went along. When minor decisions for me to make arose, particularly about the electric supply to the new boiler he gave me advice but let me decide. He was polite friendly and helpful as Christian had been in doing the electrics. I had to leave the property before he had finished his work so Liam made arrangements to visit me the next day to explain all about the system, it's operation, controls, filter and maintenance. I am satisfied that I have received a fantastic product, professionally installed that represents great value for money. Again I cannot recommend APG highly enough!

I got a number of quotes for electrical work to be undertaken during my extensive home refurbishment. The quote from Christian of APG was very competitive but not the cheapest. I chose him because, in my opinion, he was the most knowledgeable, professional and above all was by far the most interested in my project of all the electricians who attended. Some of the other quotes I received were extortionate. Christian discussed options with me to improve my outcomes and where possible to mitigate costs without compromising quality. My judgment in awarding him the work proved correct. He was reliable, punctual, tidy, hard working and very professional. He continually checked in with me giving advice and suggesting modifications as we went. The products he recommended and installed were excellent and very good value for money. I simply cannot fault Christian. In short he is the best tradesman I have ever employed. It goes without saying but I awarded the second phase of the work to Christian without obtaining any further quotes such as my trust and faith in him. I have also just asked APG to fit my new boiler on the back of the quality and price of the electrical work. I am very happy to recommend Christian and APG.

First contact with this company is very favourable. The receptionist is welcoming and helpful. Excellent service. The engineer arrived on time and very quickly carried out the service of my system more more quickly than I had anticipated. A subsequent failure of one of the sensors was then expeditiously diagnosed and repaired - this time with the services of a plumber and an electrician. Again on time and knowledgable people.

APG have recently refitted our en - suite and I am thrilled with the results. The work has been done to a very high standard and our fitter Chris, explained the job thoroughly and kept me updated on any issues, progress etc. The workmanship is excellent and all the employees were courteous, clean,prompt and were very respectful of our home. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt very confident in the APG. Highly recommend.
