Welcome to APG Domestic Services Ltd. We have been providing reliable heating, plumbing and electrical services for over 22 years for customers in Lancashire.

We are proud that our customers regularly tell us that we are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Our business has been built on recommendations. It’s the reason that we now have a team of 27 employees all trained to the highest standards. This means we are always able to give priority to emergency calls. Although to us, every call is a priority.

Our aim is to be a company who are a pleasure to deal with, and as part of this we are constantly looking for ways to improve our Customer Service

Having wasted a lifetime trying to get my boiler serviced with British Gas a colleague gave me contact details for APG. From first contact to new boiler fitting took 6 days and was half the price of British Gas!

The service I received from APG was first-class. From the initial visit from Paul to assess the work to be undertaken (new boiler) to the actual fitting by Liam and Chris, I have nothing but praise. The fitting and other related jobs were completed in a day and my loft was left clean and tidy with all rubbish/old boiler/packaging removed. I would definitely recommend APG - an excellent company.

Having experienced problems with a number of different traders this firm was recommended to me. All the staff I was in contact with including receptionist, manager & boiler engineer were friendly & professional. I felt informed & supported through the process & staff were considerate and accommodating during assessment & fitting. On the day the engineer was on time, efficient & informative and cleaned the area after finishing the job. A company I would definitely recommend!

Needed a new boiler: living nearby, called in to APG office. Helpful staff, showing immediate understanding of all issues/needs. Options explained plus no-fuss site visit to confirm. Installation superbly efficient & clean (in less than a day), all done at what I considered to be a fair and reasonable price. Follow-up site visit to ensure all was satisfactory for us (it was). No hesitation recommendation.

ARG were called in by us to replace an old boiler which had died. Despite many complications, they scheduled the 3 day job immediately, as the weather was so bad. The work was first class and everyone we met was professional, courteous, competent and helpful. Cannot commend them highly enough.

The two Steve's from APG installed our new bathroom and downstairs toilet. They both worked so hard, were considerate and kept us informed at all times. I phoned them on Monday morning after phoning an emergency plumber on Sunday morning as water was coming through the landing ceiling. The man (Paul) that deals with boilers called me back and said he would call and inspect my boiler that same afternoon. Very professional and gave me a quote for a new boiler by Wednesday that same week it was fitted and working perfectly. Couldn't ask for more and less than 3 weeks before Christmas, can't praise enough.
