Welcome to APG Domestic Services Ltd. We have been providing reliable heating, plumbing and electrical services for over 22 years for customers in Lancashire.

We are proud that our customers regularly tell us that we are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Our business has been built on recommendations. It’s the reason that we now have a team of 27 employees all trained to the highest standards. This means we are always able to give priority to emergency calls. Although to us, every call is a priority.

Our aim is to be a company who are a pleasure to deal with, and as part of this we are constantly looking for ways to improve our Customer Service

New boiler and radiators fitted. A difficult job, as the under floor central heating pipes on the ground floor were set in concrete, and had to be discarded due to the new pressurised system. New pipes had to be dropped from the first floor. The job was very professionally carried out with the minimum disruption. Highly recommended, very tidy workers.

An excellent job by A P G is workmen, working 7 1/2 continuous with virtually no stopping, very dedicated 2 hard working which is why I've now given A P G another plumbing job of installing wash basin/pedestal replacing all taps kitchen bathroom, highly recommended.

We got APG to replace our boiler and radiators. From the first visit to the final result we had excellent service. The team kept the disruption to a minimum. Always leaving the house clean and tidy. We are really pleased with the result.

In my eyes a 'young chap' turned up on the doorstep for the job. Thought 'surely he's not working on his own'. Shouldn't have worried, he was excellent, polite, tidy, explained everything, couldn't fault him. I also can't fault the boiler, quieter, hotter water, the real test will be heating in the winter months, but I have every faith in the Worcester & APG partnership. British gas quoted me £950 more for the same boiler and work (even with 50% off the cost of the boiler) and the annual service charges were more expensive as well. I definitely recommend APG. Excellent.

Great price, great service, great job. Quotation was below others quoted for a quality boiler. Full explanation given as to what was involved and no sales pressure. Dave who installed the boiler turned up promptly and was extremely professional in his approach taking into account we still had to live around the work being done. Minimum of mess made and cleaned up after himself. Contact with the office was always professional and friendly, highly recommend this company and will probably take out service contract when my current policy expires.

We had a complete bathroom fitted, including walls straightened, ceiling lowered, underfloor heating etc by Steve from APG. He was punctual every day (for 4 weeks) cleaned and tidied before he left and always had a smile, a pleasure to have in your home. The company's professionalism and quality of work are second to none, I would have no hesitation in recommending APG and I am looking forward to have them working for us again in the near future.

When I rang to make appointment, it was polite, friendly, and a convenient time arranged. He arrived within minutes of the allotted time and spent as much time as needed to fix the radiator/leak and service boiler. He was polite, professional, tidy, and deserved his brew.
