I contacted APG on behalf of my elderly father for them to check out and repair a problem to his electric water heater. I was easily able to sort out a visit time for their engineer and they were prompt and punctual in visiting my father's home. A minor repair was needed and carried out then and there. All round excellent service.

My bathroom waste pipes were leaking outside the property. Les replaced some of the connections. Was only a 10-15min job so the price originally quoted was reduced significantly for which I was grateful. Had to wait for inspection, quote and acceptance but it was worth it to get a competant job done. APG are my "go to" firm for all heating, electrical and plumbing jobs. Wish I had found them years ago.

I have always had a friendly and efficient response when calling APG. Their engineers work tidily, know their stuff, and are helpful and informative, and are always thorough in their safety checks. I get the clear impression that they believe in investing in good customer relationships, and their pricing is competitive.

Very impressed by the prompt response to my enquiry and the speedy completion of the work. It was only a small job (tap replacement in my elderly father's kitchen) and it made such a refreshing change to find a reliable company which was actually willing to take on the work, despite being located quite some distance away. The admin staff were lovely and communicated with me in a timely manner, and the guy who did the work was on time, polite and efficient. We had two electricians from APG to hang a TV and chase cables into living room wall, as well as new sockets to downstairs rooms. They carried out all the work in good time, were very neat and tidy, and professional throughout. I had found APG online and picked them due to their great reviews. I have already booked them in for new radiators and in the process of obtaining a quote for new lights! A very happy customer and won’t hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

Called APG after a work colleague’s recommendation. They attended the same day and quickly identified the problem, they had the correct part in the van and the job was completed in a clean and tidy manner. Following a family recommendation we decided to contract with APG to carry out a solar installation. Prices and programme of works were agreed. The installation team arrived on time, were efficient and courteous and carried out the installation on time and within the agreed price. A follow up call was received the following day from senior APG management to check that all was ok and they were always on hand should we have any queries. We would recommend APG to anybody who is thinking of having a Solar installation - excellent company.

Replaced our electric shower unit with a digital shower, requiring careful, meticulous work. Very pleased with the result. First class workmanship. Will use them again if the occasion arises. Thoroughly recommended

Our existing boiler had served us well but it was time to have it replaced. Had experience of APG, having used them on previous boiler and plumbing related issues. Always found them reliable, cost competitive, and with quality workmanship. Harry and George did an excellent job of removing the old boiler, rads and tanks in the loft and fitting the new boiler and rads. All with minimal disruption, leaving everything clean and tidy. Very pleased with the result. Would always recommend them to others.

This did two jobs for us, firstly they moved the boiler from kitchen to the old airing cupboard and fitted a combi unit as well as suggesting and installation of a mini radiator, ( great idea ,we can still us it as an airing cupboard, this all done in two days, leaving us with a great Finnish and little or no work for us to do. Likewise when the Electricians installed two bathroom extractor fans again you wouldn’t know the had been everything left clean tidy with no work or cleanup for us to do this all done in a morning.This company is well organised and works with you it fitting the work to your timing . Cannot be more satisfied with the work , organisation and finished job

We had two electricians from APG replacing an original circuit board, installing PIR lights and one or two other things. They carried out all the work in good time, were very neat and tidy, and professional throughout. In particular, though, they were very personable and we were entirely comfortable in having them around the house. APG were a recommendation from a friend and we will certainly be recommending them ourselves.

The work was complex because our house is Victorian, the boiler to be replaced was over thirty years old and the routing of the old pipework was mostly unknown. The work was completed successfully on time and to cost with the minimum of disruption and mess. When necessary, extra resources were brought in to ensure timely completion. Everything was cleaned up and made good afterwards. APG staff were expert, friendly, obliging and considerate. Communications with the company were straightforward and promptly dealt with. I would recommend APG highly and we will continue to use the company for ongoing boiler servicing.

After spending years in a house in which numerous plumbers and central heating experts were not able to solve why our central heating was not working APG were the first to resolve the issue. All the plumbers and staff were helpful, friendly and offered great customer service. We would highly recommend this company.

My old boiler had reached the end of its use and as I have had regular service visits from APG without problems I considered that they would be someone who would install a new boiler without problems too.. I was right as Chris visited my home and recommended a Worcester Bosch and provided a quote.. Yesterday Harry and George arrived bang on time and completed the installation without any fuss..They then checked all the radiators and taps were working and tidied up any mess...They then showed me the boiler and provided tips to check it if it appeared not to be working.. I have used APG for some electrical work and plumbing also and they have always been reliable...on time...and efficient.. They also registered my guarantee for me and I had it with me by the end of the day.. I have also recommended them to friends who have always been satisfied.. John Morris

I have a very old system which APG are happy to work with. I had a service last year and two replacement radiator valves this time. Each time I was matched with the most appropriate engineer for the job. Both were very competent and I have great faith in the company.

An old boiler was removed with all the work that entailed in the process. In addition, a new digital electric fire was placed in the fireplace with the engineer creating a feature surrounding it, to make it look aesthetically pleasing. All the old boiler components and other sundries were removed by APG within a short space of time after removal. Finally APG’s electrical team came to connect up the digital fire to the main electric supply in the house. Overall the work was well coordinated by three different teams in APG, I was very satisfied with the work completed. I appreciate the corporate ethos of APG.

After getting quotes from other traders I settled on APG because they were competitive and Chris’s initial survey was done so professionally and thoroughly. I am so pleased that I did. Harry, James and George arrived promptly and were friendly, polite and super efficient. They kept me informed throughout and made sure that I wasn’t left without heating or hot water for any length of time. The new boiler was fitted into a side outhouse very neatly and my old boiler was removed from the loft without creating any mess. They removed the old flue from the roof and re-tiled the gap, removed surplus pipes from the gable wall and left everywhere clean and tidy. Excellent service! Thank you!

I booked a service appointment with APG and was given a time for the job which suited me. The service engineer, Jimmy, arrived promptly at the specified time and he had a very friendly approach and asked me if I had any problems/faults with the boiler. I told him I was very pleased with the boiler performance and it operated exactly to my requirements. Jimmy explained what he was doing in reply to my questions and overall he was very polite and friendly. He finished the service and completed the details of the service in the Owners Manual for future reference. I find dealing with APG is very good and they provide an excellent service and would recommend them with confidence.

We had Muz out for a boiler service yesterday. He is very professional and has so much knowledge. Gave us some tips for our water usage and how to adjust the thermostat for the hot water but also gave us his honest opinion regarding monthly costs. Very friendly and efficient. Also when calling to make appts the team at APG are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Rang this morning 22/01/2024 regarding our central heating boiler pressure loss, was given a same day appointment (there had been a cancellation) , the engineer arrived early in the time slot given, quickly diagnosed the fault (expansion vessel) rectified the fault and explained everything , excellent customer service , thank you !
