I have used APG in the past to service my boiler so when it wasn't working this week I called them out. Last Friday they came and sorted it out and then again with a different problem on Thursday which turned out to be a frozen pipe. On both occasions, I had the same engineer and he was very polite and efficient and had my heat back on and working. I would certainly recommend this company they answer the phone quickly and you are talking to a person instead of having to press several numbers before you can talk to someone. Thank you for keeping me warm this week.

1st rate customer service from both the service desk and the engineer. I booked a boiler service and asked for them to look at a leaky radiator. The engineer was excellent, he was informative and honest in his appraisal. He never looked to up-sell me on anything. On the back of the work carried out today I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again myself.

The team were very helpful to me from the beginning, informing me what was available and helping me make the right decision to the work being carried out which involved removing the water tank in the attic and the water tank in the cistern cupboard to fitting a new condensing boiler together with a new shower. I would like to thank Harry and his apprentice George and also Les for completing, which was for me such a difficult job, in a very efficient and organised way. I would definitely recommend APG. Many thanks my home is now lovely warm and comfortable.

Our boiler gave up the ghost at weekend. I completed on- line form and was contacted on Monday morning. Quote received on Tuesday. New boiler installed and working by Saturday lunchtime. All staff friendly, helpful and as far as I can tell efficient and competent. Thoroughly recommended.

Engineer, Darren, arrived as per the appointment to replace my combi boiler. He was friendly, polite and professional throughout. Did the job in a day. When finished, he explained all the controls in detail. Left my property clean and tidy and took all the old parts away. Would highly recommend this company.

Just had my bungalow rewired and the two gentleman were extremely polite and helpful and couldn’t do enough even though the job turned out to be a lot harder than first thought. I just had a couple of small issues and they came out and sorted it straight away, would not hesitate to recommend them.

The fan on my boiler (used to purge the exhaust gases was identified as having reached the end of its life - bearings very noisy) and arrangement was made to have it replaced. On the date arranged the APG engineer arrived on time and proceeded to replace the fan. This was done without any problem and the boiler was returned to service on what was one of the coldest days this year so far. APG are always very efficient and very tidy whenever they do any work for me. My only problem with recommending them is that I hope they don't get too busy and unable to attend to me when I need their services,

Installation of solar panel on garage roof

I contacted APG for a quote to install solar panels on my garage roof. APG responded quickly, Peter calculated that the maximum number of solar panels that would fit was five and on 30th of August quoted for the work. Price was OK so asked them to proceed. Yesterday, 29th of September, the team arrived to install the solar panels and invertor and install a new consumer unit. All done in 3 hours, the team worked hard, took away all of the packing material and cleaned up. At the end of the job Chris explained everything about the system, and everything is working great. Thank you, really pleased.

Had my Annual Gas Central Heating Boiler Service. From my initial phone call to arrange the appointment until work completed, the staff were very friendly, helpful and acted in a Professional manner. I got a call from the engineer before the appointment time to confirm it was ok for him to attend and when he arrived he was very polite courteous and considerate During the appointment the engineer told me every step of the way what he was doing. I have used APG for many many years and have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

After chasing my usual plumber for what seemed like forever, to get a price and fitting date for some radiator upgrades, I gave APG a call. Chris came out and priced up the job quickly. Once booked in, APG came round the following week and fitted the new radiators along with some thermostatic valve to existing rads. The job was completed in less than a day, the guys from APG were polite, thorough and cleaned up afterwards. I'm really pleased with the work and would highly recommend APG.

We had a boiler replaced last year by APG and they were brilliant. Any little follow-up jobs were completed quickly and without any fuss or quibble at all. So we booked the annual service for our ATAG boiler. The engineer arrived on time and was polite and efficient, explaining what he had done and a little advice on settings. Easy payment the next day over the 'phone. Great company to use and recommended.
