The engineer arrived on time and did a very thorough job of servicing my gas fire. The price was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had some rather complicated lighting system faults and following a couple of visits and returns of the faulty equipment to the manufacturer it has been resolved. This was good work by Christian and Nina back at the office. All friendly and happy to recommend APG.

When it comes to changing the heating system in a house and the work involved, many people simply dread the thought of the disruption and mess generated. This proved not to be the case when APG Domestic Services asked two of their engineers Barry and Caine to undertake the work. DAY.1.All carpets are covered with plastic sheeting. Loft piping completely removed. DAY.2.New boiler and high-pressure tank, piping, and electrics configured and so much more. DAY.3.NEW SYSTEM Commissioned. The old heating system was decommissioned. All this work and much more undertaken in temperatures of 32-35c. The two engineers really deserve a real thanks and are a credit to APG. Finally, we can truly highly recommend APG and its engineers.

We moved into a house where the boiler had been serviced in the previous 7 years by APG. We decided to carry on with the annual service. I phoned to make a booking, they answered quickly and took the necessary details and booked me in. Quoted a reasonable price for the service, and that's exactly what I paid. The engineer turned up on time and was friendly. He didn't make any mess and filled in the service book with details of what he'd done. I received an email with the invoice and details that the boiler had passed its service. All in all, this was a really good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. They seem very genuine especially where money is concerned - the price quoted is what I paid and everything was without fuss. I wish more companies were like this!

New boiler fitted as quoted. The whole experience was positive from first enquiry to completion of the work. All tradesmen were polite, professional and provided lots of information with positive communication. They turned up on time and did exactly what they said they would do and completed the job in a timely fashion. Took away all the old parts and left the property clean and tidy. Howard, who is the installations manager at APG, came to make an initial visit with the bathroom supplier, The Original Bathroom Company. Between them they worked out a rough plan of what would be involved. They both seemed extremely knowledgeable and understood our needs. A short time later after our choices were noted, the final plan was drawn up and approved by us so all that was left was the waiting for start dates. Eventually, our two-week time slot arrived. When the day came, the APG fitters, Rick and Carl, arrived promptly and set to work. They completed the work in the two weeks allotted and throughout we were impressed by the quality of the work and their skills and expertise. They were also great chaps to have around. This is the stand-out point of APG - you can expect attention to detail and professional knowledge. Whether it be the quality of the flooring, solutions to plumbing problems, laying of tiles or whatever, we found the result to be perfect. We are delighted with the result and have found no problems whatsoever, not even any "snags" which required attention. On one occasion, the fitter Carl, pointed out a flaw in the en-suite mirror and rang the supplier to inform them that it needed replacing. The flaw was so minor I think we might hardly have noticed it. During the installation Howard and the supplier visited to see how work was progressing. We can thoroughly recommend this firm. 5-star service

APG had been recommend to us and we can see why. Very professional and courteous service. We had a back boiler removed along with water tanks in the loft and copper cylinder. This was replaced by a combi boiler. We were extremely impressed with the politeness and helpfulness of all the engineers, plumbers, electricians and office staff. Nothing was too much trouble. After the job was completed we received a phone call to check everything was OK. We would certainly recommend APG to others.

Nathan and Darren turned up on time and had the boiler apart, cleaned, fixed, serviced and reassemble very quickly. They were polite and friendly and kept me informed throughout. I've come to rely on APG over the last few years because they do what they promise and their charges are very reasonable. In other words, they are a thoroughly professional outfit offering good customer service.

Would highly recommend APG as plumbers. They always turn up when they say they will and are unfailingly friendly and polite. During Covid-19 they have been particular about wearing masks and respecting distances. We would not consider using anyone else for all our plumbing requirements and servicing.

APG came out and fitted a new boiler as my 14 year old boiler broke and wasn’t worth repairing. The plumber was very professional, came on time, was very tidy and knowledgeable. I have used APG before, will use them again and will recommend. It’s peace of mind using a professional, local company who won’t rip you off, does the job properly and gives you a 12 year warranty.

Excellent company to deal with. Work was carried out quickly and to a high standard and the plumber was both courteous and tidy. Already use APG for my central heating service and would not hesitate to use for any plumbing or electrical work.

APG carried out my boiler service. Arrived promptly, discussed any issues I had with the boiler and advised me accordingly. Excellent value for money but the main thing was the care and attention to detail with what was a variety of small electrical installations, none of which were a problem to them and all of which were done very well. Good people to have in your home.

The immersion heater wasn't working and APG were able to inspect the fault and find a new part very quickly the same day. Without doubt highly efficient and helpful electricians.

APG I found to be a very good company to deal with. We had new light fittings installed inside and external, new shower, fan. All work completed to high standard the electrician and plumber were both very pleasant and completed the work to a high standard. Thank you APG.

Fantastic service, Boiler stopped working, came out same day, repaired and working within 24 hours, 2 new parts fitted cost just over £100 including Vat. Absolutely delighted. 2 other companies contacted and didn't even get a response.

APG installed a new boiler for me 2 years ago and have serviced it since then. Their reception staff are helpful and friendly and I have always found their engineers to be professional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Could smell gas under my floor boards. Called APG having never used them before. Also wanted an annual service on my boiler. The gas fitter Nathan arrived within 2 hours, very impressed. Nathan repaired the gas leak in which he had to crawl under the floor boards to gain access. He was so polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. Then he decided to carry out the service on my boiler whilst he was here. I would call that first class service. I received there invoice today and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was. I would most certainly recommend APG and use them again. Well done Nathan!!!

I always use these guys. They always come round as soon as they can. Whoever it is, is always really pleasant and explains things easily (even to an idiot like me). The fact it's a different person every time but they are all so brilliant says a lot about the culture of the company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend such reasonably priced quality.

From phoning Mel at 0900 on Monday 22nd September, 2021, to enquiring about a plumber to come and advise about what to do about a cracked cistern, to fitting a new toilet and cistern by 1600 on Wednesday 24th September, 2021, I was very impressed with their effectiveness and efficiency. After the initial visit on the Wednesday morning I received a phone call within a few hours with several quotes. After accepting one of the quotes another plumber arrived within the hour to do the job. I have used this firm before to service my boiler and have no hesitation in recommending them. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars for quality and value is because the system didn't fit flush to the wall and I had to do a bit of joinery to remedy this. As for value I didn't get any more quotes to make a comparison but that was my fault not APG's.

First time dealing with this company, but everyone was polite and helpful, from the lady booking the job to Luke who came and repaired our boiler. He arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable and repaired it quickly. We are happy to recommend this local company and will definitely use their services again. Thank you

Our boiler and heating system installed over 20 years ago started rumbling and banging so we decided on a replacement. We contacted APG who had previously installed a new bathroom for us, Chris visited to inspect the system, and submitted a quote which we thought was acceptable for the job, and less than a week later Darren and Marshall arrived to carry out the installation. They were very polite and professional, explaining what they were doing and why. It was great when they drained the system seeing the waste water turn from dirty coffee to clean water. They dealt with all the problems which an old and complicated system could throw at them, and completed the work in two days with a minimum of disruption and mess. We would certainly recommend APG for all plumbing related work, and will have no hesitation in using them in future.

We've been using APG for years and have always been totally happy with their work and the professionalism of their staff. We have an annual boiler service along with other plumbing jobs over the years. I would highly recommend APG.
