We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Excellent service
Our Samsung washing machine became very noisy 3 1/2 years from new. Under the 5 years warranty they sent out an authorised repairer from the Repair Guy's named Kieren who was absolutely brilliant, professional & friendly and took the time to explain the repair of a new drum,bearing & seals and various outher new parts of which i found interesting & to be great customer service from Kieren. The job was completed quickly with no fuss & no mess. I highly rate them Repair Guy's Thank you!

Matthew from The Repair Guys came out to look at my faulty washer dryer. He was fast, effective, and polite, identifying the issue and quickly replacing a faulty pump. He explained what he was doing while he worked. I did have to wait roughly a week for a visit because they're busy, but my date and time was communicated to me in advance and confirmed the evening before and again on the day. Faultless service all round

Having had no fridge for over a week Matthew was a big help, he was fast, effective, polite and identified the issue promptly. Matthew from Repair Guys was extremely helpful and proficient. He was let down by the company supplying spare parts for our washing machine, but always kept us fully informed of any delay. Having got the parts, he fixed the problem and, despite having to carry out a major reconstruction, left everything neat, tidy, and most importantly, working! Highly recommended.

Our Samsung washing machine went wrong under warranty and they used the repair guys to fix it. The communication was great and they kept me up to date. Pete was sent out to have a look at the machine and then also came back once they had the parts. His communication was great, letting us know when we was on the way on both visits. Friendly and helpful and got our machine working again.

The collection and delivery of my 77-inch TV was excellent. I was kept updated through the repair process. It was a 2-week-old OLED with a blown power module. All replaced and a new power lead supplied.
