We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Craig, the engineer who came to do the replacement of an LED tv screen on behalf of LG was informative and very efficient. Communication from start to finish was very good. I was informed when the part was available from LG, what date and time slot was available for the install. The engineer arrived spot on time and worked quickly and very tidy. Excellent Service. The work was carried out under warrantee from LG.

Matt came to look at my Samsung tumble drier that seemed to have suddenly seized and smelt of burning. He quickly diagnosed the fault and after confirming by running through the diagnostic checks repaired it on the spot. He finished by completing a PAT test to ensure the machine was safe. Throughout his visit, Matt was friendly, professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend The Repair Guy. Job well done. Thanks.

Excellent fast repair
Matthew text the night before to say that he’d arrive between 8-10am, then text again when he was 35 minutes away. He affected the repair to my fridge display very quickly and then advised on the light which isn’t working in the oven (which was not part of his call-out) Matthew is s personable, friendly and knowledgeable chap who I would highly recommend for appliance repairs

Had to have a refrigerator door replaced, received confirmation of repair date in good time. Received an ETA from Matthew on the day of the repair which was accurate to within 10 minutes. The job completed was quick and professional, Matthew provided excellent service in a professional manner, was polite and efficient. If Matthew attends your job you won’t be dissatisfied. Thank you.

LG Oled TV, dead, one week after LG's year-long guarantee ended. HOWEVER, as I bought it from Richer Sounds, their six-year cover kicked in and Craig from the Repair Guys (Exeter) turned up as booked; diagnosed dead screen; RS okayed the part replacement, and if I had not got Covid the repair would have happened Friday one week later. Craig returned when safe, neatly extracted the dead'n and stuck in the new'n. Total time taken: twenty (mins) Craig knows his stuff, Richer Sounds are brilliant: maybe there is a god... Happiness!

Matthew turned up on time and got my washing machine working again. I cannot thank him enough. He is courteous, clean, professional and extremely helpful. I had nothing but trouble trying to get an engineer to come out, always cancelling. But this time we got a real engineer to sort the problem out. Thank you again Matthew.
