We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

I was visited by Matt at the time slot allocated. He called to say he was on his way and was on time! The service was prompt and efficient, and the problem was found quickly. The machine was not repairable, so it was reported immediately to the insurers, I'm waiting on my new appliance. Thank you.

Repairguys called us within 48 hours of reporting the issue to Richersounds. An appointment was made within 5 days and Craig turned up promptly on the morning. He quickly diagnosed the fault but had to take the TV to fix. It was returned earlier than expected and the fault was fully repaired. Craig reinstalled the TV and attached all the HDMI and USB connections and made time to explain other problems I was not able to resolve before. Overall a very satisfactory service. If they could offer the loan of a TV on removal it would be excellent.

We had under warranty repair needed for a Samsung washing machine. The initial fix didn’t solve the issue but they promptly returned and diagnosed the issue again and replaced the drum of the machine. Hayden was excellent, polite, communicated well and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Craig from the Repair Guys (working on behalf of Richer sounds Plymouth) attended and repaired my LG TV which had developed a problem with the sound. He assessed the problem and ordered replacement parts during his first visit. Communication was clear throughout the process and he returned to carry out the repair, which was completed quickly. It is very reassuring when you invest money in high tech products that should things go wrong (as they invariably do) that work is carried out under guarantee by skilled technicians like the Repair Guys to return your product to a fully working condition with the minimum of fuss. Thank you very much.
