We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

The appointment was arranged for the next working day, much to my relief. He arrived promptly and was polite, friendly and helpful. He took great care of my property and with due consideration for us as a vulnerable household. The washing machine was fixed in the same visit and everything put back exactly as he found it.

Turned up when they said they would. Phoned half an hour before arriving, like they said they would. Fixed the telly... like they said they would. Such a shame that spares come from abroad so you have to wait for them, nowadays, I remember when we used to make stuff in our country...

Matthew came to repair our washing machine under warranty. He was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I asked. He was super efficient and really tidy, taking away any packaging, despite my offering to take it. He removed the faulty parts and fitted the new parts in no time at all. He knew exactly what he was doing, and he did it well. I couldn't be happier. Thank you..
