We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

My request for repair under warranty was referred to REPAIRGUYS by Currys, then Samsung. Although, the actual repair was dealt with by Mike, my collection & delivery was done by Scott, who was extremely polite, efficient and on time. He even took off his wet shoes, saving my cream carpet. I had originally paid for the Internet side of the TV to be set up for me this was done again Sending me a time-slot text the day before, eliminated having to wait in all day Thank you

After a very stressful few days being without my dishwasher, Matthew made a very busy household a lot less stressful! The engineer was here 2 days after requesting a visit, he was friendly & polite, the communication before arrival was fantastic, he arrived on time and my appliance was fixed within 1 hour! Matthew from The Repair Guys came out to look at my faulty washer dryer. He was fast, effective, and polite, identifying the issue and quickly replacing a faulty pump. He explained what he was doing while he worked. I did have to wait roughly a week for a visit because they're busy, but my date and time was communicated to me in advance and confirmed the evening before and again on the day. Faultless service all round

Matthew from The Repair Guys came out to look at my faulty fridge freezer. Having had no fridge for over a week Matthew was a big help, he was fast, effective, polite and identified the issue promptly. He also explained all the next steps of what would happen next so I was fully aware. Faultless service all round.

My fridge was leaking water over the floor. Matthew took it all apart identified the fault quickly and sorted it. He also showed me how to take apart bits of the shelving I had been struggling to get to. Really helpful man thank you Matthew

After my heat pump tumble dryer suddenly stopped working Kieren visited and was able to identify the problem and the business arranged for the relevant part to be ordered. He returned and fitted it to resolve the problem. They kept me informed of the day work would be done with follow-up texts confirming Kieren's arrival time. Excellent service and great communication.

Matthew came on a couple of occasions to repair our washing machine, first time to diagnose and then once the parts had arrived he came and repaired our machine and made it nice and quiet again. Professional and courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise.
