No hassle repair, great communication from this company. They did exactly what they promised and on the date they promised.

Matthew came today and immediately diagnosed the fault with our Samsung washing machine which he solved without fuss. He then explained functions which we had no idea existed and are not in the manual! From the initial booking two days ago to the repair the service was superb. Thank you so much. Would most definitely recommend.

Pete came to fix my Samsung oven. Still under warranty. Replaced something and now it works. Friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

Sony TV under warranty. After carrying out all the recommended checks TV still would not accept input from the remote. Phoned Sony explained the issues. Sony accepted my response and booked the Repairguys to come and carry out warranty work. Engineer arrived as stated and on time. Put on shoe covers and face mask and entered property. Listened to my side of the issue, disconnected the TV and placed it on his stand. Removed the back, replaced the remote sensor unit. Put it all back together and tested that it all worked. Very good visit with a helpful enginer who knew his job annd took time to explain what he was doing and the problem was sorted. I have given value 5* but in reality it was warranty work and Which will not allow you to leave it blank. Highly recommended.

My Samsung fridge lost its display, so booked for a repair and Matthew the engineer noticed that the wiring on the door was faulty. As it's still under warranty it was free. Only took a few days for the door to be ordered and Matthew came back and put a new one on. Nice and friendly and left kitchen spotless and took all the packaging and old door away in under an hour!

Matthew came today to repair my Samsung washing machine. Very polite and found the problem quickly and sorted it. Speed and efficiency. All left clean and tidy and with a smile all the time. Excellent service.

Samsung TV fault diagnosed on first call and part supplied and fitted on second call. Texted to let me know which day call would be and texted the time of the call the evening before in both cases - a great help. Engineer very respectful of our house being careful to remove shoes before entering. Pleasant manner and speedy work. Would highly recommend.

Matthew arrived on time (circa 5.30pm) and kept us informed 'pre arrival'. He came with the correct parts and completed the warranty repair swiftly, neatly and no dramas. Nice chap and gave some useful tips on keeping the machine tip-top. Recommended.

Matthew attended to our broken diswasher. He was great, efficient and the diswasher was fixed in no time. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
