We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Good communication from staff to let me know the date and time that they would arrive. Matthew was on time and very polite. Carried out the repair in good time and answered my questions about my washing machine which helped me to better understand how to use it. Thanks.

Excellent service, arrived on time. Fault diagnosed immediately, TV taken away to be repaired in the factory, rang this morning when on their way, arrived promptly. TV replaced and tested. Also set up a secondary TV we have been using. Very friendly and courteous. Explained well, very impressed.

My Samsung fridge freezer arrived with a dent in the door. Samsung arranged the repair. Communication was excellent and Matthew had the door replaced in no time. Brilliant service, would recommend.
