We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Excellent service from Matthew today. He informed us in advance of his arrival (albeit, we missed the text!). He was polite and professional towards us, and nice to our dog. He instantly identified the problem with our washing machine and answered any questions we had.

My Sony tv broke down last month (Nov) and I was fortunate that it was still under warranty and would be replaced with a like for like tv. The Repair Guys operate on behalf of Sony and the whole team were professional, efficient and friendly. The face-to-face service/installs was backed up by the very effective communications, phone calls/texts, all keeping me updated on delivery dates/times. My experience was faultless and I’d highly recommend them!
