We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

The work was completed in an efficient and professional manner by a pleasant and competent engineer. We were kept well informed of times of visits and progress throughout the work. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of this job, and would highly recommend this company, particularly as they are based in Exeter and we live in Dorset. We would certainly contact them for any appliance repairs in the future.

Following a previous issue, Matt came out to diagnose a problem with our Samsung American Fridge Freezer. He identified some problems and immediately responded by ordering new parts. Today he came back and fixed the issue. This is the third time Matt has been to us and each time has been totally professional; exceptionally helpful polite and really customer-focused and determined to resolve the issue. Repairguys contacted me when a fridge / freezer under warranty from Samsung broke down. Repairguys were prompt, reactive, professional and totally courteous. I spoke on three occasions to the company (Cheryl, Giles and Rowland) in order to update them on our availability, the job was completed when they said it would be. Matthew came to the rescue with repairing our washing machine. Fixed on first visit, communicated with all the way through. Arrived when he said he would and had the machine back up and running in no time. Matthew is a professional engineer who even had environmental impacts in mind with recycling any waste responsibly. Companies need more Matthew’s in the world. Great job, highly recommend The Repair Guys.

Hayden was polite, efficient and tidy whilst at my house. The repair to the oven was carried out rapidly and with minimum disruption. Even initial “help” phone call to explain my situation and to book a repair person was polite and informative. I would definitely use Repair Guys again when an appliance breaks, thank you.

Had Matthew round to repair our washing machine today. Arrived promptly with a message to say when he was coming and had all the parts required to complete the job. Job was done efficiently and with the minimal amount of mess and fuss. Washing machine was tested twice to make sure all was good and Matthew even placed the machine back in place before reconnecting and making sure there were no leaks. Machine is now good as new.

Our Samsung washing machine became very noisy 3 1/2 years from new. Under the 5 years warranty they sent out an authorised repairer from the Repair Guy's named Kieren who was absolutely brilliant, professional & friendly and took the time to explain the repair of a new drum,bearing & seals and various outher new parts of which i found interesting & to be great customer service from Kieren. The job was completed quickly with no fuss & no mess. I highly rate them Repair Guy's Thank you!
