We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

After my heat pump tumble dryer suddenly stopped working Kieren visited and was able to identify the problem and the business arranged for the relevant part to be ordered. He returned and fitted it to resolve the problem. They kept me informed of the day work would be done with follow-up texts confirming Kieren's arrival time. Excellent service and great communication.

Matthew came on a couple of occasions to repair our washing machine, first time to diagnose and then once the parts had arrived he came and repaired our machine and made it nice and quiet again. Professional and courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise.

Kieren from samsung came out and placed the door of our freezer compartment abd also very kindly changed the hinges to the other side. This was not on his job sheet, but he kindly did it for us. Very please with the outcome. Thank you.

My LG smart tv was showing a tuning fault and as it was still under warranty Repair Guys were requested to attend. Steve attended in timely fashion, quickly identified & resolved the issue. He was professional, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly, ensuring all systems were working properly. I would definitely recommend Repair Guys.

I’m pretty much blown away by the service. I logged an issue with our tumble dryer via the Samsung website on Tuesday. I got a text on Thursday to say they could come out on Friday to fix it. I said I was at work so they offered to come early at 6.45 the next morning. James arrived with exactly the spare part he needed and fixed the dryer in 5 minutes. All fixed under warranty without having to argue at all. Thank you so much.
